Protyre in Newbury
Protyre in Newbury, Berks, are excellent. The guys are extremely courteous to women - they don't 'mansplain' and they are not 'macho' in any way. They could do all the work necessary to my car on the day, they were transparent, helpful and very approachable. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and they listen to you. I am very pleased with the quality of the work done and I will certainly be returning. Thanks!

Efficient, hassle-free experience at a good price
Clean workshop, free coffee, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and no waiting in my case. Tyres fitted with no hassle and at a really competitive price. Icing on the cake was a transformation in car ride. I've been through several sets of tyre on my car and always had an annoying wheel vibration from somewhere at some speed or other. These were identical tyres fitted but there is zero vibration at all speeds now. Wheel balancing seems particularly good. That really brightened my day.

Outstanding customer service from the guys at Protyre, I booked my car in for a last minute check, the repair was done there and than, I had a full explanation of what work was done and shown the old parts. Can't recommend Protyre enough, will definitely use again!!. Thanks Protyre!

- silver balancing weights used on matt black wheels

After booking my car in for two tyres to be replaced everything was great. The greeting was warm and courteous and they had my tyres changed in no time.

Management foolish and incompetent. Trying to get hold off H R is a joke. organisation that off a toddler over charging off customers/ charging for parts not fitted know this as an insider. Be warned avoid avoid avoid.
