Ordered online, picked a fitting time convenient to me, arrived on schedule fitted as agreed and away. Great service and no pressure sales.

I went to Pro Tyre Preston this morning on a whim as I had been struggling to replace my break light myself. Jack and the team couldn't have been more accommodating and changed the light for me within minutes. Thank you so much :)

Gave the heads up last time I was there about brakeshoe life expectancy so with 3000 extra miles and MOT due asked them to sort out for me. Slightly trickier job on a Disco but half the price of the LR workshop. Many thanks to Peter for job and Jack for QC.

Rang at lunchtime and fitted me in for a puncture repair at relatively short notice. Very professional, quick service.

Called in today to have 2 x Pirelli tyres fitted to the front of my Jaguar. Paul did the fitting First Class attitude . Had a good laugh with both Paul and his collegue. Proper nice lads . I'll return as I liked there attitude and had a good laugh too.

Friendly staff, reassuring and explained clearly the work they had done.

I arrived 20 mins early for the fitting of two tyres, they did is straight away and only took 15 mins! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my original booking time was rescheduled for 1 hour later than origional booking. But the service was great

I had slow puncture in one tyre, I called in and they couldn’t do it that day, made an appointment for the next. It was looked at on time and problem fixed. They also did a check and all good. Paul and his colleague were very polite, helpful explained everything to me. It was the first time I had visited and would certainly recommend them. Other customers also waiting said they would never go anywhere else which is praise these days. Very happy.

I turned up with a puncture 1st thing Monday morning & was in & out within half an hour.

extremely friendly and honest advice

I called in on the off chance that i could get a quote for my back tyres. The guy who served me gave me a quote and fitted my tyres there and then. Great service would recommend using protyre.
