Overall good experience. However they over inflated the tyres, so the next time I drove, the tyre pressure light came up and I had to release air out of tyres.

They were easy to talk to, very prompt in booking in the work and carrying out the work. Although expensive I was pleased with the way my vehicle and query was dealt with.

They was brilliant. Went in with a flat tyre on a Saturday and hour before they closed and they sorted it. Can't fault the guys, will definitely go again.

Personal contact with the tyre fitter is fundamentally important to help me make the right decision about tyre choice. Booking on line without being able to talk options through is not good for me, Barry Thompson has forgotten more about tyres than I will ever know and I trust his judgement of the type of tyre that will suit my style of riding. That is the reason I use only Barry to fit my tyres.

From the first phone call to the tyre fitting the team was amazing. So polite and considerate. I didn’t know if I need a repair, and booked a mobile service. The team made sure that there was the right size tyre on the van in case a repair wasn’t possible, which unfortunately it wasn’t. The fitter arrived exactly at the time agreed, calling beforehand to make sure everything was ok. He was very quick and tidy. The price was also competitive.

Very pleased with the tyres, the service and the whole experIence ! Will certainly go again next time I need tyres !
