Wheel Alignment
Friendly staff but...no print out provided for the wheel alignment test. Was told that they come out of the printer 'at random times.' I phoned later to ask about it but the print out still hadn't appeared. Not great when you're paying £90 for this.

Puncture repair
Managed to fit me in as an emergency on a bank holiday when I had a puncture. Tyre could not be repaired and they were able to get me a new one the following day. Good service and communication.
Were also able to give me good advice over replacing tyres on another vehicle.

There seems little point in having timed on- line bookings when the timings have no correlation with reality.

Off label service
Ellie was a STAR when I limped into Protyre with an injured bicycle and an injured leg a few weeks ago. I needed a lift with my bike to the top of Sharrow Vale Road so that I could free-wheel down to my flat on Cemetery Road. She kindly obliged me, no fuss!
