I was disappointed that there was no water for the customers in the waiting area, especially as it was a very hot day.
Staff were very helpful, keep up the good work.

When my car was MOT’d the advisory note…
When my car was MOT’d the advisory note was that there was a nail in one of my tyre, and that it was repairable.
Having checked with Protyre on availability to do the repair, it was agreed for Friday afternoon.
The work was completed and I was also provided with a report on the rest of the tyres. Staff at the branch are extremely helpful and efficient.
I have been using Protyre for 11+ years and they are my first choice. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The second visir =t wa to regasour Mercededs Benz Ac3 days ago lass 's aircon.but the ,machine did not work so the team advised we wiould receive a full refund. (Not yet received as only3 days ago). Technician split one of my wheel…
Technician split one of my wheel covers.... and did not put enough air in my tyres either as had to top up very next day ...should of been set to 2.8 bar....technician only put in 2.3 max.
Bit disappointed to be honest considering i paid alot and also my appointment got moved to...
I have used them for years so was a pity

A bit slow
I thought waiting 1 hour from when the work started to change two tyres was an excessive time for it to get done. However I’m pleased with the quality of the tyres and it was easy to book and pay online.
