I was truly amazed by the professional job they did with my 4 series bmw. I had taken it elsewhere and they really solved the issue of my check engine light. Car is running perfectly now and I really thought the staff are super nice. I advice anyone to go and get most if not all work done on the car here. If there was more than 5 stars I would of given the whole company more. Thank you all once again for an amazing job.

Air Con job. I booked on line with a price discount. Received an online acknowledgement. I turned upa few minutes early for the booked time and was expected. They took the vehicle in did the job and were back out in about the precicted time. All complete and ready to go. Have driven it for a few days since in progressively hotter weather and it all works fine.

Such a great service. The staff were polite and explained everything that needed doing to get my car through the MOT.
They did all the work straight away and got my car sorted for me.

Neil and the team were a pleasure to deal with. They diagnosed my air-conditioning fault and ordered the parts whilst I spoke with the warranty company. They subsequently agreed the price and got the work authorized. As we were going away, I was able to drop the car off the day before it was booked in and pick it up once we got home. Neil kept me informed throughout.

Well today I had a wheel bearing go on my work vehicle and needed it back quickly I popped in to pro tyre in southbourne covelly road where I meet Neil his knowledge of vehicle was amazing and his polite service and attitude was amazing and nothing was an issue he took the vehicle and swiftly under took the job in hand where in no time at all it was done what a guy 5 stars 🌟 and amazing service an assist to your company and will be always grateful and returning my custom thanks again Matt Lawrence.

Promptness. Fitted me in for inspection very quickly. Then within 2 hours called me to explain results of inspection and cost estimate for repairs . Asked me to come and be shown work to be done due to high cost. Then began work same day and finished by following afternoon . Again made certain that replaced parts were shown to me and further explanation of work done

My new front tyre was fitted while I waited, which was great.

They did a good job and the job was tricky. I was very particular but very satisfied .
