Although my car initially failed it's mot.
Once I'd carried out the corrective action the staff were prompt in booking the follow-up appointment to check and subsequently pass my cars mot in a professional manner

In general experience was good. Online booking system is easy to use and work completed to a good standard. Only issue was I needed to try and change the time of booking and could not see how to do this through the website so called them. I was on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered the phone.

On time excellent and quick service. Tyre prices are good too.

They know what they are doing, their fast and friendly. The price was better than I expected and could find online. A good sign was they had four ramps full and the four mechanics were working as a team.

Excellent service again from Southport, I take all our families cars there and they really help you and not try to rip you off. Great garage and staff.

I went in to have my front wheels re-aligned and they sorted it out in around half an hour. After they had finished the job they showed me the print out of just how much out of alignment they were and to keep an eye on the passenger side tyre as it had a little bit of uneven wear on the outside. Great customer service, will definitely be using them again... 5*s

The Southport branch replaced my exhaust with no fuss. The staff are helpful , friendly & professional.
I also go to them for my servicing & MOT & have no hesitation in recommending them .

First of all great price for 2 tyres and tracking cheapest around.
The tracking side comes with a printout showing exactly the details before and after the tracking is done.
The job was done very professionally and was completed in one hour, and I would definitely recommend pro tyre.
