Staff as always excellent however my…
Staff as always excellent however my pre booked appointment by phone turned into a three hour wait. This was mainly due to over bookings taken on line which ended up causing chaos and unnecessary stress for staff and customers alike. Other excuses for the delays were the emissions tester was playing up and the new administrator was in training with the process and systems even though she coped admirably.
This isn’t the first delay as previously a lack of fitters was used when I had new tyres fitted, which took two hours.
Great place but much better organisation required
