Great service in an urgent situation
Had the right tyre available when several other local tyre fitters dud not. Agreed to help us with urgent tyre Replacement even though nearly closing time when we phoned.
Staff waiting when we arrived, friendly and helpful, got the job done, fair price, helped hold traffic so we could reverse back out onto road with our trailer.

Went to Protyre in Stockport and was…
Went to Protyre in Stockport and was told that they couldn’t fit a new tyre for me till the following Tuesday, five days ahead! I’ve never had this happened before. They rang the Bredbury branch to check if they had the tyre I needed and if they could fit me in that day. I was given an appointment about 3/4 of an hour later, which was fine.
When I arrived, I was told that no such appointment should’ve been made as they were too busy. I was made to feel that I was being a nuisance. In the end, they did fit my new tyre for me straight away.
The waiting room was very uncomfortable with nothing but high stools to sit on and no drinks machine.

Very helpful and fast in Bredbury. Nothing seems to be a problem to them. Next day appointment for 1 tyre. Once there I asked if they could fit 2 and check the tracking. No problem. Good price too.

Wheel alignment
Went to get my wheels realigned as it was ever so slightly pulling to the right. After I left I quickly realised they had somehow made it worse and now my steering wheel wasn't even centred. Tried to contact the store again but they was extremely busy and I couldn't get through to anyone. I then tried head office and my email has just been ignored.
Ended up going to an independent garage who confirmed the alignment was way off.
Disappointed overall with the service and then aftercare when something you did wasn't up to standard.

Gotta say I'm a little disappointed …
Gotta say I'm a little disappointed this is my regular garage had a new battery fitted when done I got in nothing on the dashboard no milage no speed ometer nothing the guy that did it said that was right got home my partner not happy said no it's not had to go back Jamie was great it's sorted now I took the Time to ask who did the battery before I left If it was supposed to be like that he said yes.
