The service at Swadlincote was great the website was not…
The service at Swadlincote was brilliant. However the website I think needs some attention. It still gave me the option to choose a next day fitting slot when the deadline had passed so I turned up next day and was told that they did not have the tyres as I had ordered after the deadline.

Booked two new front /valves & tracking (discounting offer saved £40 😁) arrived at allotted time staff polite , had a coffee whilst waiting 30-40 minutes later gob done ✔️ professional from start to finish

Had a slow puncture on my DS4, put the spare on myself.
1st time using Protyre (was Elmbridge) in Swadlincote, dropped my wheel/tyre off for repair.
Dealt with Carl, who gave excellent customer service, within a short time had a call to collect and the tyre puncture was repaired, and balanced.
Even had a coffee while they replaced the spare with the original tyre back on the car.
Wonderful service, and a great 1st time experience.

2 new tyres and wheel alignment
Booked online for wheel alignment. When I was there the Technician showed me one tyre at the front was wearing badly so I decided to replace both at the front for safety. I was then booked in a few days later for new tyres and wheel alignment and was able to wait while they carried out the work. Would recommend Swadlincote Protyre.
