Your staff member clearly used a gun on my locking wheel nut & broke it. I was given a premium rate number to call to get them removed. Before even asking what happened I was immediately told this hadn't happened. If that was the case why when I returned to the garage I heard someone shout "they're coming". Conveniently the staff member was in the toilet. My partner removed them & when I had the tyres fitted I commented to the manager who denied it would have happened but added he wasn't there!! Mistakes happen so own them. It's clear why it happened ..reception was very busy.
Do I trust you? No
Will I be back? Definitely NOT

Very helpful, couldn’t have got home without them!
A pothole took out my tyre near the workshop. I was miles from home and very stressed. Kieran and the team were so helpful, really went the extra mile to sort out my puncture. I use pro tyre near home for my MOT and tyres so it’s good to know I can trust them wherever I am.

Great Service
Phoned up for replacement tyre after hitting pot hole earlier in day, resulting in a bulge in tyre. Managed to slot me in same day and sorted out at internet price, turned up at agreed time and was on way home again 20 minutes later. Great service, highly recommended. Thanks 👍
