From start to completion, excellent service. Car running far better than when the manufacturers serviced the car and a much more affordable price. Staff very polite and informative. Will definitely be back next year.

My wife had two tyres and tracking carried out, and said she couldn’t rate them high enough. Excellent service, extremely polite with no pressure sales at all. Highly recommended.

Very easy using the online service to…
Very easy using the online service to book in and choosing the tyre which suited my price range. The tyre fitters were excellent and very knowledgeable. The only downside was the older man on the front desk, a lady come in whilst I was waiting and ive never heard a customer be spoken to so rude and obnoxious!! And 100% She won't be returning and good job it wasn't my wife or he'd be over the counter..

In the past they have told me to come back in X,000 miles for replacements. I trust them.

Going the extra mile . Well done.
My husband & I had stopped, on our current daily journey to hospital, at Tesco for him to use the bathroom. He is undergoing radiotherapy for cancer. When we got back into the car it would not start. I got my husband on a bus to hospital & walked round to Pro Tyre. The gentleman at the counter got a member of staff to walk back to the car with me with jump leads. The car started but I was encourage to drive to Pro Tyre & get it further checked out. They got it started & said there would be no charge. However as soon as I got in, it would not start. Further investigation of the battery resulted in a new one being needed & it was done there & then. I was able to get to the hospital in time to be with my husband. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Pro Tyre Tavistock who helped me & the kindness & empathy they showed me given the situation.
