Wheel alignment carried out.
I was going on holiday in 3 days and realised I hadn't got round to getting my wheel alignment sorted which had needed doing for months.
I managed to get an appointment for the next working day and at a time that suited.me, all booked and paid for online.
When I arrived the office was very busy but the two staff were very courteous and checked everyone in. I was told to come back in an hour but left it for 1 1/2 hours and when I returned the job was completed and the van parked up outside.
The price was very reasonable and the service excellent.

My previous well known garage neglected…
My previous well known garage neglected to notify me to renew the MOT on my car and until I received a tax renewal from the DVLA, I checked when the MOT was due and discovered it had run out 3 weeks prior PANIC!!
Went online and managed to get a test the following day. To me that is top end service, test done within the hour, premise were clean & tidy all very efficient. I will certainly go to Protyre Auto centre to have my car serviced in the future, cheers.

Unfortunately over the past few years…
Unfortunately over the past few years my experience with Protyre in Latchford has got worse and worse. This year, i recieved no communication as to whether my Mot and service was complete. When I finally got through on the phones (after being on hold for a long time) I was told the repairs my car needed would cost me a further £520 but couldn’t be provided with a bill or service note, I then had to sit on hold for a further 30 mins to try and see if I could collect my vehicle as I was aware the business closes at 5pm and I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30pm, only to be told it had been ready for a while. Really unhappy with the service recieved and I am not actually confident all the things I paid for have been carried out
