Friendly and approachable
Friendly and approachable. However, they informed us it’d be an hour to change two tyres, but ended up being 1 hour 30. A quick call to let us know would’ve been appreciated. Additionally, the tyres were put on at 40psi (should be 29 for my car) meaning I had a warning light pop up the next day.
Minor things but would have been a smoother process if addressed. Otherwise, no issues, friendly service & all okay.

Room for improvement
Correct tyres were fitted - took quite a while though - an hour and a quarter as opposed to the 40 mins I was quoted for the two rear tyres. Also did not receive invoice as promised.
