Always 10/10 service whenever I come here. I don’t know a lot about cars but they are kind, honest and just great overall. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The best garage I’ve ever come across!
Used them several times in the past but this week was just exceptional service!
I phoned on Tuesday evening at 5pm, desperate as my little red smart car was making a horrendous noise. They told me to come straight down the next day at 8.30am. They checked my car over and made sure it was safe to drive. Then they squeezed me in the very next day to complete the work.
All this 1 week before Christmas when they were very, very busy!
I’m blown away by their service and 100% recommend them to anyone.

Staff were friendly enough. I had 2 tyres fitted which took almost an hour and a half. Whilst the staff were apologetic of the wait that's way longer than expected.
The toilet was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days.

Absolutely useless took over an hour and a half to replace one tire. The person in front of me had two ties and tracking to do took over two hours to do it and then explained at the end when the customer was furious about the fact that there was a problem, but didn’t say anything until over two hours Would never go here again absolutely useless

I booked a tyre change online for 4pm. When I went to reception I said booked a tyre change for 4pm. I was just told there are 5 people ahead of me. I ended up waiting over 80 minutes, people who came in after me left before me. What is the point of being able to book an appointment and end up waiting over 80 minutes just for a simple tyre change. I’ve never had to wait this long elsewhere for a tyre change. Won’t be wasting my time going back here again.

I think the price to fit two tyres was a bit pricey at £60, later in the day I had a full MOT for £49 which involves more work than changing a tyre

have used for a number of years and always receive good information and service.

So kind, helpful and reliable.
I now know I have locking wheel nut in the glove box.

Friendly and helpful staff, best price for the tyres plus the added bonus of a £20 discount voucher from Protyre. Tracking check after fitting revealed the front all out of kilter and had this sorted as well. The car is now driving much better than it was, very happy with the results.

Seem to be an honest garage which is a nice change to some of the local places I have used in the past. Had to re book a couple of times due to a fault with the mot ramp but these things happen and communication was good from their end.

Daughter's car unfortunately overheated and broke down so I called Wellingborough Tyres to see if they could take it in and fix it. They duly obliged and the car was fixed promptly keeping me informed on progress.
