Prompt attention knowledgeable Sorry they did not provide any written n results of supplementary checks. Wheel alignment let steering wheel out of centre was corrected for.

They actually had the gear to sort my tracking which other places could not do

No reply to telephone calls.
After trying to telephone all of the local branches, giving up after holding on for 7mins+ each time!! I eventually drive to the nearest branch, where I received excellent service.Why no help on the telephone????

Despite having booked an appointment…
Despite having booked an appointment for 13.00 and arriving 15 minutes early, it was 45 minutes before my car was taken in to have the tyres fitted. The fitting and vehicle check took another 50 minutes. So I had to wait longer than anticipated and endure the inane radio blasting out. The guy behind the counter finally came out to say my car was ready and nearly threw the invoice to me and walked away. I think he knew I wasn't happy.

Good service
Good reliable service, but expensive tyres, unless you plan ahead & buy online, same tyre priced differently between branches when I enquired, very annoying, paid 90, but other local branch with no time slot available, quoted 84 ish…for identical tyre.

Had two front tyres replaced and then…
Had two front tyres replaced and then took car for an MOT the following day. It failed the MOT due to badly damaged wheel, but no damage to the tyre.
The damage must have been present when the tyre was replaced, but nothing said. Really poor service, letting us drive away in a car with wheel in dangerous condition.
