flexible to squeeze me in due to passengers
halfway through a long journey with sons and dog heading to Granny & Grandads - warning light went off, tyre pressure, nail in tyre discovered.
Called ahead to book in for either a new tyre (availability) or a fix. When i explained that we couldn't really wait until the end of the day - they jiggled things around to squeeze us in - and then when we arrived they were able to fix they tyre - saving me £100+ quid.
All round nice fellas doing a great job. Thank you.

When I went to have my tires changed
When I went to have my tires changed. Chris on reception was friendly, polite but very professional.
I didn't have to wait for my car to be taken they were perfectly on time.
I waited for my car which was completed in the said time. Brilliant service thank you.

The yeovil team were very helpful and flexible on rearranging my prepaid booking date due to me being unable to make the original appointment.
Change of two front tyres and tracking done within an hour of dropping the car off. Also cheaper than other garages in the area especially if you book online.

Outstanding service
Everything from the online booking process to the plastic seat covers when they got in the vehicle to move it right through to handing back the car was very professional, polite and courteous.
Will definitely use you guys again.

Air-conditioning re gas
Aircon regas. Greeted by staff who were engaged and helpful. I was told how long the job would take so I could plan my time accordingly. Went back to collect, job completed in time specified and again another helpful staff member. Overall a very good experience and would go back when /if I need to in the future.

I recommend checking tyre price on their web site first .I was quoted more per tyre
at the branch.Also they did not offer the £30 for 2 tyres discount quoted online until I pointed out the discount code.Just realised that he only gave £25 off anyway!
Would use again but check for best price
