I was concerned because shipment taking longer than I thought , expressed concern to company and they responded immediately. Had issue with my post office delivery and again company responded immediately and even offered to resend order. We did receive order. All was as promised. Great quality ordered 3 hats and a shirt and love them all. Awesome company and quick to respond to my concerns! Thank you so much

There was a quantity issue with my original order that was addressed promptly. My questions were always answered professionally within minutes of my emails. Great product and Fantastic customer service.

I ordered 2 hats that I thought would carry the Tactical Air Command Logo. When I received my order the hats had a regular Air Force Logo. I was disappointed and contacted the company immediately. An outstanding customer service rep named Lisa explained that they could not identify the unit I supplied and therefore opted to use the Air Force Logo. Lisa said they wanted to make the order right so she asked what I wanted on a replacement hat. I gave her the details and she said that they were making a new hat for me at no charge and would ship it as soon as it was completed. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have bent over backward to make sure that I was satisfied with their product. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Contacted customer service and was immediately told my order would be resent. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And a great product. What more could you ask for!?!

I loved the Premium Patriotic 3D Polo All Over Printed Shirt...truly a one-of-a-kind! I needed to order one size up as this polo runs small. The Customer Care team responded quickly to my request for a larger size & it arrived in time to wear on the 4th of July! The smaller size I'll gift a family member! The products are very good and as advertised. Their real selling point, though, is the thoughtful and competent Customer Service. When I am looking for other veteran-style items, I will look here first.

My 14yo son is on track to accomplish his dream and attend the USNA. This year he was invited to our state capital to attend the Admissions Forum. The only then 13yo in the session. Our family wanted to do something special for him and after scouring the internet, I found this really great Navy bedding quilt set on GearVet. It is perfect! Also ordered a shirt. All great stuff. The staff was super friendly. Only wish they had a store front to shop out of!

I recently contacted Proud Vet 365 to ascertain availability of “custom” shirts and hats for some of my military buddies. Response was quick and thorough — contained links to items I was looking for making it easy to order. If you’re looking for a shirt or hat to reflect on your military service, I highly recommend this company

Quick fill of order, turned off mail for 9 days, I forgot, sent email saying did not receive, my bust, but very quick reply from them informed that it was on hold at post office. Very nice hat, excellent service. Exactly as you would hope for.

Ever since I have purchased items from you, I have really enjoyed wearing them. Not only that, but people that see me wearing them are very impressed. They ask me where I got them from. Of course, I immediately let them know where I get them and give them your email. I am so happy with my purchases.

Ordered a custom design cap. Just two colors. A black hat with gold art and lettering. Received the first order. I was disappointed in both the cap color and lettering. The cap was dark navy blue, not black. Although, the art was superbly drawn, the gold contrast was very dull. It barely stood out and the gold art and lettering appeared washed and barely readable. I give them credit for trying three times to correct it, but the cap color never came near a true black when compared to a black cap I already own. The contrast of the gold lettering never improved. To appease me, they offered to send me a free pre-designed cap from their website. I received it. Although, the main cap design was very nice, the logo, art, and wording still suffered from lack of contrast. The advertised photos of designs on their website, are very appealing, but the received product never came close to being the same contrast and very dull looking.

I ordered a flag case, two caps and a shirt. There was a delay in receiving my order, but I was notified of the delay, without having to contact the vendor, and advised of a new expected ship date. I was very pleased with the quality of the products. However, there was an issue with residue on the glass of the flag case. I contacted the vendor, and they advised me on how to clean the glass. This resolved most of the issue, but there remained was some residue between the image and the glass, which couldn't be cleaned without removing the image. I took a picture and sent it to the vendor, advising them of my concerns. They quickly responded, informing me that they would send out a new flag case, and that I would not need to return the previous one. This was customer service beyond expectations. We have so many options for obtaining products we desire, but it seems rare that we receive a quality product backed by exceptional customer service. Mu office had a dress down Friday with a college or military tee shirt theme. I never participate in these events, but I wore my Navy polo, for which I received multiple complements!
