Yep, all good. I think I could have done with some more verification emails, but otherwise the delivery was perfect and all was well and the product arrived as advertised. Maybe It would be useful to be aware of the dimensions of the products (it's so hard to know what some things are until they arrive) but I don't think this is necessarily necessary.

Bought a card online
Bought a card online. There was no follow up email to say the card had been send . So they did not follow through with their own promised. As yet card still to arrive. I did call them to see what was happening and was told it was sent from the shop not the warehouse and sometimes they do things differently

As stated within the order confirmation email 'Please be aware that we ship from multiple locations to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible...' hence the advice that orders maybe processed differently. The item location may not necessarily be in our main warehouse.
