Great communication by emails and quick service and car arrived in great timing. Only one little thing is I didn’t get text an hour before arrival as got it when he arrived but still good. The email with the tracker doesn’t work so need remove from emails

Colin was fantastic
Colin was fantastic, a call early on with an estimated arrival time and he was spot on. A great check over the vehicle . His lift was waiting for him so he declined a cup of tea/ coffee.

Assad is a brilliant driver
Assad is a brilliant driver, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. The driver kept me informed of his journey to my home. The driver provided a comprehensive tour of the rental car and demonstrated how all its features worked. He made sure that I was happy with everything before he left me. Thank you also to the office staff at Proximo for getting everything correct for my needs when driving.

WAV car substitution
When I was put in touch with this company from the first email and phone call right the way through to the delivery and explanation of the various aspects of the car it was all done very professionally.
For a person i.e Dawn Joyner, knew a great deal with regards to the controls etc of the vehicle and did a very thorough hand over.
When it came to taking down the details of what vehicle was required Georgia Chadwick the accounts manager, was very thorough with regards to knowing the widths and heights of the electric wheelchair and even due to myself taking the wrong measurements Georgia knew exactly what was required showing absolute professionalism incorrecting me and not making me look like an idiot.

I'm sad to say
I'm sad to say that this is the first time that the vehicle that was supplied was not good to travel in as a rear wheelchair passenger. I have spinal problems and i spent alot of time struggling to stay in the chair and every bump caused so much pain.
The driver who collected the vehicle Neville was very professional and pleasant, great person to chat to.

Daniel Molinas brought our courtesy van, he explained everything really well ran us through all the functions didn't leave anything out. Super friendly checked the van thoroughly before handing over also taking pictures and documenting them, explained the automatic ramp and doors and explained the button and spoke me through the fuel gauge and what it means amazing customer service 10/10
