Motability hire Van (WAV)…
Had my Motability hire Van (WAV) dropped off by the driver Rob Mcdonall. Arrived on time and was very friendly. Took use through on how everything worked as seatbelts were different to what I’m used to. Very helpful. Thanks Rob
I’ve put one less star due to the Van having a really bad wheel alignment (pulls loads right and crooked steering wheel), and would have thought this would have been fixed before it’s hired out again.

Daniel Molinas delivered my hire car on Friday. He came at the time I was quoted. He is an extremely nice friendly man. He took a lot of time in making sure I was familiar with the car before it was signed over to me as it is a bigger car than mine..The handover went very smoothly.

I hadn't come across the organisation…
I hadn't come across the organisation before as last time, this is another firm, sent a car out without hand controls, steering balls etc.
It was quite refreshing and a surprise to hear the words of, "What adaptations do you need?".
The whole experience was absolutely xcellent and now I know that your company does private bookings is the cherry on top of the cake.

The delivery driver were excellent, caring, talking to me and not the person behind me,
In a word, "Fantastic guse!!"
Also, that the car was clean and in good order.
The Telephone support staff absolutely brilliant, caring and matched my speed in returning answered to my questions (I'm a Psychotherapist, and called mirroring. It's very hard to do but they excelled in it).
I Tank you and the drivers, stunning service all round
Especially the wonderful delivery drivers Viredra and Neville two really nice guys, they deserve an award or a salary upgrade. 👍👍👍👍
