Support very responsive, fast payouts
Support has been very responsive recently. My payouts are now arriving within 3 days. Just a tip for other users: don't delete your devices from the dashboard while a payout is pending, as it can cause the request to glitch—but support was great at helping me get things sorted!

I purchased a 1-week paid trial from…
I purchased a 1-week paid trial from Proxyrack to test their residential proxy service.
After activating my IP address from the dashboard, the proxy did not work at all. I spent more than 3 hours trying to configure it correctly. I followed their exact instructions:
Used the correct host and port
Entered the correct username and password
Tested using browser proxy settings
Received the error: ERR_UNEXPECTED_PROXY_AUTH
I provided screenshots showing:
My IP activation status
My proxy configuration
The exact error message
Despite this, support kept asking for the same information and said they could not proceed without “full information,” even though I had already sent everything required.
After my last message explaining the issue clearly, they viewed the message but stopped responding.
As a paying customer, I expected proper technical assistance or at least verification from their side. Unfortunately, I did not receive a working service nor an effective solution.
Very disappointing experience.
