Unacceptable processing time and service response
PSG transaction processing time and customer service was borderline acceptable in the past (2019 and early 2020). It is now totally unacceptable - transaction taking longer than 3 weeks to process and customer service contact not responded to - with even and acknowledgement of receipt.
