They kept hanging up on me on accident. Lied saying that they had the products, then they didn't, then they did. I was looking for gloves, isolation gowns and face masks for a hospital.
They said they had some of the items and only a few boxes of each and I said I would buy them. The Amy said they would only sell cases (10 boxes to 1 case).
Amy came up with all these excuses of how they didn’t have gloves or gowns in all the sizes I needed from the same supplier. I said no problem, we’ll just purchase what you have.
I said ok, no problem, I will take a CASE of each size in extra small, small, medium, large and extra large of their nitrile gloves. “They” meaning "Amy" "John" and the rest of the folks there told me that they were cancelling orders on people because there might be a delay of 4 months and they didn’t want to get stuck with the orders. One older male (I think we might’ve been one of the owners) said he didn't know how to transfer the phone so asked me to call back, and then promptly hung up on me before I could respond. When I called back, I got a younger guy who said "Amy" wasn't available and not there at his location.
BUT, I could clearly hear her talking in the background. When I told the younger guy that I recognized her voice as I’d been previously speaking with Amy for 20 mins trying to figure out what she said they had in stock, and how much everything would cost... And I mentioned that we got disconnected somehow (not on my side).
When I finally got her on the phone, she said she accidentally hung up on me instead of placed me on hold. Said they could not work with me and promptly hung up on me again before I could respond.
Who in 2020, treats potential clients this way? Obviously, people who don’t understand customer service. People who don’t want to make a good living. And the people who own and work at PREDICTABLE SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIES, as one thing that is PREDICTABLE about them is their level of RUDENESS and UNPROFESSIONALISM.
