I have been using this site for a year now. And nothing any the psychics have ever said have come true. They can pick up well on current situations. But no one has predicting anything correctly. And I have tried every single top rated one on there.

However despite this, pink saffire is amazing! Doesn’t use cards, very fast, all from spirit. She’s the only one I trust on the site now. I don’t want to speak to anyone else. She was right about something to do with my phone, my new job, when I would be in a better financial place. Still waiting for predictions surrounding love but that’s complicated. I love her. She’s the sweetest, so gentle and caring.

Out of desperation I recently spoke to Rita who told me I would be with someone new who would love me in a different way to my ex wife. Then a few mins later told me to try and make it up with my wife (we’re getting a divorce). I just cried myself to sleep that night with the confusion of it. So, in future I know to only ever speak to pink saffire. She’s an angel.

Whilst some of the readers are great. However, some of the readers should not be on this platform. Good reviews left on their websites will be posted without delay yet not a single adverse review will be seen on their website. I wonder why? Their management team will never come forward to communicate with you and hide behind their front line staff. Most of whom are good and try their best. I have been their customer for well over 10 years and have come away very disappointed with deteriorating level of service they provide. Over the last couple of years their telephone system keeps dropping off mid reading and you loose the flow. It is almost impossible to get back to the same reader to continue with the reading and you may have to wait not just hours but days or even weeks to get back to the same reader again. You then have to email them to claim your money back for the unused minutes which can take up to 5 days to get the credit back into your bank account. In the last twelve months I have to email them over 10 times to claim my credit back. In January they refused to credit my bank account as they should and are insisting that the money is to be credited to my wallet account on their website. This is despite telling them that I do not wish to use their platform ever again. By law all refunds are required to be credited to the card account the payments are made from. However, their "MANAGEMENT" are refusing to do that. No reason being given despite having refunded on the cads in previous occasions.

As alluded to earlier there are some good readers on the site but because of the arrogant and the unreasonable behaviour of the "MANAGEMENT TEAM" these good readers will loose out on the loyalty that customers like me and others like me have shown over the last ten years or more. I certainly will not be using them ever again. They have definitely lost my business because they refused to refund my credit to my credit card and are forcing me to accept it in my wallet account. This is as I alluded to earlier against the law.

Absolutely disgusted with management and some readers .I made appointment with someone called Emma a few months back.they cannot even be bothered to make an appointment for you to go on their platform.I've been psychic since the age of five.I have got an I level in religious knowledge I read Oracle cards I have higher merits for courses in on for parapsychology and Buddhism and personal development.they are not interested.it's a question of who you know and freedoms as as well.they are not the best psychic platform they never will be with attitudes they can't be added to phone anyone.they will go down hill and lose all their readers

I was reading some posts and Emily smith was saying about magenta, I’ve had several readings & she’s never asked me any personal questions about my POI.
I think emily is being negative about magenta as she’s heard things she did not want to hear. Magenta is one of the best I’ve been too so take no notice of Emily smith. She’s absolutely amazing!
