great software does what i need

I have about 21 online clients in 3 month programs. Super easy to use, & keeps everything organized for me.

It helps me create a high level service w/ out all the confusion & time to put in it

This is an absolute game-changer in the World of Online Coaching.
I have tried few other platforms and each of them had sure strong points, none came even close to PT Distinction, considering the flexibility and the range of features.
Especially after the latest software upgrade where graphics were significantly improved, not only it is super functional but also eyes pleasing application.

PT Distinction has been 5 Star all the way. I have been using them for over 4 years now. they have greatly improved the aesthetics and functionality of the ap over the years. the platform is SIMPLE but when you understand its positives and limitations it can be a powerful tool for any online fitness use. I upload my a lot of my own exercises but I use the app to run my online fitness business and for personal training in my gym. It has been a LIFE SAVER in the new digital, contactless age of COVID-19. I did A LOT research before finding PT and I have nothing but good things to say about them. There are other apps with more "features" and are more "user friendly" but if you prioritize function, cost effectiveness and simplicity, then PT is for you!

Our experience with PT distinction has been great. My wife and myself found out about the platform about a year ago. They helped us with the set up, help build the custom app with our logo, and have provided great customer service. Anytime we have had questions they get answered in a timely manner which sets them aside from everyone else we have used in the past. Quick response time great customer service and a platform that has allowed us to scale our business and know the program that we are using in our business is always there to help us thrive.

I only started using PTD from a recommendation via a company that teaches online coaches how to structure their business and that through the same organization I received a 60 day trial. I continued using it far longer than I should have after the trial, as I felt I owed them for such a generous trial period.

Some features are ok, and I know many fit pros who enjoy using it. I am not one of them and I also know significantly more fit pros who dislike the service as I do. I found PTD to be a giant serving of hot garbage time after time. The android app crashed on me hundreds of times with no fixes whatsoever despite many updates, the online version isn't great either, my clients all had issues with accessing content (ios and android) as well as limited or no messaging abilities, and customer service seems to be great at giving non-answers and gaslighting.

This is just my experience and I know other fit pros who enjoy the service but significantly more that don't. Make your own decision, but if you were to ask me I would recommend saving your time and money. Perhaps one day they'll sort their tech nonsense out, because some features have the potential to be really great but at the moment it seems like that is light-years away.

P.s. to PTD, I've already unsubscribed and don't know why I keep getting your emails to come back. I wasn't going to right this review but I felt compelled to after the continued follow-up.

This app is great! My wife and I needed an app after we closed our gym April of 2020 due go the pandemic. We had to retain as many clients as we could and this app helped us do just that! LaRosa from tech support has helped us with every issue and did not stop communicating until it was solved and even checking in afterwards. You also get a customizable landing page that you can integrate into your existing website. This software is awesome!

I love the features and ease of access. It puts all of the hard work on content into one place and makes it easily accessible to the user. I love it!

We have been using PT Distinction for about a year now and fitness programming for our clients has never been easier. The templates makes onboarding new clients a snap and the video library is amazing. Really appreciate how easy the system was to learn!

PT Distinction is a great software package for personal trainers with multiple clients whom you wish to create a fitness programme for. You can easily amend the plans, schedule exercise times, track performance and it's interface between myself as the personal trainer and my clients is seamless. You can use it to message as well as upload training videos. The client can also share training videos with me to review. It's well priced and does everything I want it to.

Fantastic software, I couldn't recommend highly enough, the most sophisticated software I have come across, the support team also respond to any questions very quickly.

Excellent program and simple to use. I schedule all my clients tasks, sent text reminders, everything through my app. Clients love it!

Unbelievable system, has absolutely every feature a coach would need plus more and has simplified my business so much that I do 10% of the work I used to do while delivering a much more powerful program.
It’s also been great for creating small challenges as lead magnets to help get clients etc. Do not hesitate, get signed up, you won’t regret it.

This is the absolute best online training platform ever. Staff is helpful and responsive, tools are stellar... I've been with this program since 2017 and I will not switch!

What a great tool for online trainers. This is a fantastic and easy to use tool for trainers struggling without in-person sessions in the pandemic.

There are so many features, and better than that very easy to understand 'how to' videos, as well as free access to the Online Personal Trainer University which has some great lessons on how to further your business, get more clients, and more.

I am currently moving my online clients over from another provider as I felt that PT Distinction was easier to use, and had a nicer feel for clients.

Added to that you get a free month to try it out, just to make sure you like it. If you do, you can embed it into your existing website, brand up the app so it has the same feels as the rest of your branding, and much more.

Would thoroughly recommend.
