Publishing Xpress stood out during my online research for quality printing. Doing your homework, including reading the best AND worst reviews companies have, reveals "too-late-truths" in advance, that even the largest companies have and hide. Print quality matters, unless you compromise for getting lost in over-saturated markets of mass-produced look-alikes. Publishing Xpress actually delivered product excellence with customer simplicity. Period. My first printing run with Publishing Xpress was truly great, I have no reason to go elsewhere, and I have many reasons to keep them as my book printer. Quality speaks for itself without words; no sales pitch can do that. I used a big name company for e-books to leverage their reach but I used Publishing Xpress for printed books, and I am SO glad I did. Why downgrade all your work with literally run-of-the-mill printing? I fully recommend Publishing Xpress. I received no benefit for this review; I am just a satisfied customer happy to say so.

Publishing Xpress offered good quality, upfront pricing, great prices, and full service. They more than delivered. Our order was beautiful and, when there was a delivery issue because of my mistake, they immediately jumped in and made sure we had everything before our deadline. Samples ahead of time made sure we got exactly what we wanted which helped tremendously. Service was very quick, very patient, and very kind which seems hard to find some days. I can't thank everyone that had a hand in our order enough.

They have been charging me $9.99 monthly since April 2024, and I so far have not found a way to cancel the payment or contact anyone. Any help would be appreciated.

I needed booklets made for SCOTUS and they even researched with me what would be needed for the booklets to be accepted. They were very attentive and SCOTUS accepted them!

I really took a chance when i googled book printers / publishers but having read the reviews i went with Pub. Xpress . So glad that i did !!!

Absolutely perfect work. The booklets arrived quickly and were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. A slight hitch on our end was easily managed by the publishing team, and we could not be happier with the final product. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderfull Experience

I had a pdf file I need to be printed and bound into 24 books in a week.
These guys did it crazy fast and got it to me under the wire. Not only that but it looked awesome! Extremely professional job. Great color and clarity/sharpness too.

The ONLY reason not 5 stars is shipping costs which I thought were very over priced. Ground shipping is fine but if you need it any faster....$$$$
And this was a small, 3.8lb package.
But in the end, I’m happy. Would definitely use them again. Maybe just with a bit more lead time. 😉

Just received my first order of fundraising cookbooks from Publishing Express. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the process. This is the first time that I've done anything like this and Dennis walked me through everything that I wasn't sure of. He helped make corrections where needed and the finished project couldn't be any better than it I had hoped it would be. I will definitely place all my future printing orders here! I have had many projects completed through Publishing Xpress. The products are well made and priced affordable. Shipping is prompt and not over priced as with some printing facilities. I will continue to do more books using their company in the future. I would highly recommend Publishing Xpress to everyone.

I am a writer and, along with my illustrator, we have created a new series of children's books. We are just starting and still in the local selling mode. We took them to our local community center. In a week period we may interact with 20 to 30 people. We sold ten books in a week, and the one word that was used to describe the books was, beautiful. This is attributed to the fine work of Maggie Colvin my partner and illustrator, and also to the superior quality of the printing of Publisher Xpress. In addition they also have the finest support staff that I have dealt with I a long time. They are may go-to printer.

Publishing Xpress was a great company to work with. The product was flawless and the process was painless. The customer service representatives were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I had programs printed for a conference and everyone was very impressed with how they turned out.

I used to be a graphic designer for over 20 years. I also worked for a high quality offset printing company for 10 years. Although I've been out of the industry for a few years, my InDesign PDF file printed flawlessly. The final brochure looked amazing, was better priced than any other quality vendor that I searched for and they delivered it lightning fast and one day sooner than I expected and shipped it cheaper than I was quoted. I would recommend to anyone. Great company. I will be doing business with them again in the near future.

I had 5 books printed with another printing website, but then needed a small saddle-stitched job done. That website was not able to supply that need so I looked further and found Publishing Xpress. I have been extremely happy with the experience. I will use them for all of the rest of our book printing needs.

This was my first time using a self-publishing service, and Sumaiah Ahmed was patient, helpful, and very easy to work with...and the final product was better than I even imagined it would be...will definitely recommend Publishing Xpress to my friends.

I spent about a week trying to determine which online printing company I would use to print my books. I stumbled across Publishing Xpress one late night at my wits end. I used their price quote feature and then read their online manual, which walks you step by step on how to create the best looking book. They were so knowledgeable and really answered every question imaginable in that guide. After reading that, I felt comfortable enough to use them to print my books.

I placed my order over a weekend and that following Monday, I received an email acknowledging my order. It's a simple act that many online businesses don't take the time yo do.I received my email proofs the next day, once approved, I was notified when my books would ship out. The books came out waaaay better than expected. Very professional. And I opted to add their logo which really didnt take any prestige away from my book.I look forward to ordering from Publishing Xpress again.

I have nothing but accolades for your printing service. My colorful children's book, "Who Am I?" came out fantastic looking beyond my expectations. It was printed, and after being proofread by me, shipped by you in a minimum of time. Even when I found some grammatical errors I had made, they were fixed by you immediately. All this was done so easily and seamlessly by computer input to your wonderful website which was simple to use even by a novice like myself. Also, the price was very competitive. It was a wonderful experience all around.

I have already recommended you to some writers and without doubt, you are the best in the business.
