Quick turnover time, always exceed my quality expectation and a very friendly staff.

I am very pleased with all my experiences at Publishing Xpress, once for a large wedding photo, a class project, and several engagement photos. They are down-to-earth, yet have the necessary equipment and time to do everything right and were very fair with pricing. I've never been disappointed with my prints from this company. Sal was even kind enough to give me two or more prints for every photo he printed, just in case. Thank you for all your help! You all are the best!

In all our publishing with Publishing Xpress we have always only interacted with Sumaiah. You have a great employee in her. She always jumps through hoops to help us out and to work with us. She is always pleasant, personable, patient, and professional. We greatly appreciate Publishing Xpress and Sumaiah !!

This is a very user friendly organization. I had zero experience with publishing a book and was impressed immediately by how easy it was to calculate costs, choose paper type, binding, etc. When I was ready to actually place my order there was always someone there holding my hand every step of the way via chat. The best part was receiving my quality book looking better than I imagined! I would highly recommend Xpress.

Awesome customer service- had a question and was able to clarify by chat on a Saturday!! - (what printer works on Saturdays?) The site can be a little confusing to the uninitiated, but customer service makes up for it.

If your a first timer like we were, I know you're wondering how your book is going to turn out or if this is the right company to choose. Don't hesitate a moment longer, our church 's annual Souvenir Booklets looks absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional quality! The staff was very helpful and prices are competitive.

I searched long and hard to find a company to produce my perfect bound book before I found Publishing Xpress. I couldn't be happier with them. The service people were so kind and never got testy with my inexperience with the process. Now that i've got a book finished, I can show others how to do it....and I will.

Our non-profit has been using Publishing Xpress to publish our quarterly newsletter for the last two years. Previously we had been using a local printing firm. We wanted to switch to color, but our budget wouldn't stretch to doing that with them, so I started looking around on the Internet for an alternative that we could afford. I admit I was nervous about taking the plunge, especially because Publishing Xpress offered such attractive prices. Couldn't help wondering if that meant we were going to end up with a shoddy looking product. Happily, I worried for nothing. When the first newsletter arrived, I thought it looked really good, and the reaction from our board of directors and the public was overwhelmingly positive. So we've ended up with a really professional looking newsletter at terrific prices and with great service. What's not to love?

Communication was fabulous! We were able to help our customer on a short timeline with great results and fair pricing. We have used Publishing Xpress 3 times now for different types of customers and different types of jobs. A great 'outsource-go-to' enables us to take on jobs that schedules, employees, and equipment might not otherwise allow. We highly recommend them!
