Very impressed with the quality of the bike, I purchased the boxer st. The assembly was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The packaging of the bike was very impressive and sturdy. I own another electric bike that is a supposedly a high end electric bike but for the price and quality that the boxer offers it’s a far better bike!! Would definitely sell my other bike to buy another boxer!!

I purchased the Puckipuppy Corgi ebike due to its low center of gravity! Searched different manufacturers and finally settled on the Puckipuppy. I’m 71 years old and will use the ebike to hunt with and ride with my grandsons. I have enjoyed so far!

Very heavy, half of electric cables i had to unplug to get bike to work. I traveled to beach with it and it started to rain, now bike does not work. We also have an electric townie bike and it has had no issues and it got wet as well but works fine. I would spend more on a much built ebike. I have owned it for 16 months.

I looked at different e bikes for over a year and settled on the Puckipuppy ST Camo Boxer. I plan on hunting with it and have almost 100 miles on it with no issues at all. The customer service is excellent and the assembly was a breeze. We are now looking at getting the Corgi full suspension for my wife.

After buying a bike, I was looking at purchasing a second, but pressed wrong button & was charged. When I tried to get a refund, as I wasn’t ready to purchase a 2nd bike. I was informed I had 2 pay a restocking fee, no exceptions.

Smooth ride and great battery life. The electronics seat etc is same as my Mokwheel Basalt 2.0 and uses same battery so no relearning when swapping bikes. I do wish the software was same because I cannot control individual PAS speeds and limit them to 20 MPH. I put a handlebar riser on mine (6'4) and make sure the tire diameter is set to 26.5 to get the most accurate MPH display. I would buy again, no question.

The brake line on my bike came on the wrong side of the fork when u install the front tire it rubs on tire and when I call puck a puppy I get some Asian women that knows nothing about there bikes and tells me I have to do everything by email. How good is there technical support when you can’t even talk to someone Almost anything you buy anymore has person tp person support for there products especially something as complex as an e-bike.

Great e-bike and great price. Really enjoy riding the Puckipuppy Boxer ST.

Great company to work with, excellent customer service. This is a wonderful, Quality bike. Gears are smooth. Brakes are great. I called to get a second battery and Customer Service is on point.!!! I definitely would do business with them again!

Update: they did send me a replacement battery so I’m updating my review to 4 stars. I’ll be watching closely to see how the batteries hold up over time.

Two months after purchase: In general the bikes are nice, sturdy and ride pretty good, however….Purchased two bikes, after a month or so I noticed one of the batteries doesn’t provide the same distance as the other, the charge degrades much more quickly. I’ve contacted the company multiple times, they attempt to make every excuse as to why that may be, they even suggested I purchase another battery! So after spending $2K on bikes, after only having the bikes a month, instead of doing the right thing and replacing the battery under warranty they suggest I buy another battery, ridiculous. This is still on going so we’ll see, but it’s so important when you’re spending money like this to get a reputable brand who is going to stand behind their product.

The bikes shipped quickly, and the tracking and emails regarding the purchase were prompt and numerous.
The bikes have been everything i expected, and a part i needed was shipped quickly at no charge, even though it was not listed as being included in the order.
Great customer service and communication.

We have 3 Puckipuppy bikes, a Boxer ST, a Boxer and a Labrador Pro. All three are rugged and durable. They are however not nimble. They almost feel like a dirt bike. I would not recommend them for anyone short. Maybe the ST versions might work but certainly not the regular frames. They are priced below most of their competitors. We have no complaints at all.

The bike arrived quickly and exactly when it was slated to arrive. There was a bit of confusion because the extras package arrived earlier than the bike. I thought the bike was being delivered and it was the add-ons. The bike was assembled by my husband who had already put together his bike from a different company. There was some confusion with the assembly directions which very much need more detail, visuals, and descriptions.
The bike rides beautifully. It was learning curve at first since I had never ridden an ebike, but after the first couple of rides, I fell in love.
The bike is smooth, easy to transition from pedal assist to just pushing the button. If you want an easy rider that feels like you are riding top notch good quality, you have found the bike!

We love our bikes, but on a recent trip one of the screens died, which meant the electric part of bike didn’t work. Came home and reported it to customer support, and after a few pics and questions, we received a new screen and buttons within days through warranty. It was quick and painless. Great customer service and standing behind their products. That’s a real sign of a great company.
