The booking proces, the completeness of your information. The time you took guiding us until we finally booked. after that: we waited. Waiting full of happiness what to experience.

Ultimate professionalism during our communication, you showed us you truly had one goal; us having a wonderful experience, holidays...time in Puglia.

And you know what happened? We arrived at the villa Olivida....and there she was: our Angel Sara. Dear Dear Sara....it is not to explain how you represented Puglia Paradise. How you took all the time to showing us around....and oh my lord.....the villa was and is.....magnificent.

24 hours a day you were there. proactive, responsive, active in booking excursions, helping us searching for alternatives. Your patience....your "Angel-patience".......is priceless. Thanks again and again....

Booking the villa
Together with our family, we decided to celebrate the 35thwedding anniversary of our parents in Puglia, Italy. We had never been to Puglia before, but we heard nice stories about the trulli villages, food, wine and beaches.
 
Then we found out about Villa Lemorè of Puglia Paradise: a big villa on top of a hill overlooking Fasano and the sea. A villa where all members of our family would have their own bedrooms and bathrooms and where we could all share an amazing pool.
 
We decided to book and were soon contacted by our designated guest angel Rosella. She sent us all required information and was available to answer any question we might have. We were even able to book a surprise cooking class for our parents!
 
Arriving at the villa
When we arrived at the villa, Rosella and her colleague welcomed us to the house and gave an extensive tour of the villa and explained everything; a warm welcome! The villa was very clean and all basic amenities were present: towels, cooking wares and the beds were made. First thing we did though was put on our swim shorts and jump into the private pool!
 
During our stay, we could easily send all our questions to our guest angel, but Puglia Paradise also provides guests with its own app: we used it often to find interesting sites to see in the neighbourhood, we booked the nicest restaurants and could easily find parking space because of the tips in the app: perfect!  
 
Cooking workshop
On our last night at the villa, we surprised our parents with a cooking workshop, organised by Puglia Paradise. Chef Roberto and Maria taught us how to make real Italian pasta. It was so fun to do such a workshop at our own villa, with views over the valley! We made orecchiette and cavatelli
pasta. Roberto cooked us a very tasty meal and this was the best end of our vacation we could wish for! We even took our self-made pasta home, so we could bring back a part of Puglia back home!
 
Check-out
Check-out with Puglia Paradise was very swift as well. Rosella arrived at our villa and asked if everything was okay and if we needed any assistance.
 
We would definitely recommend the villas of Puglia Paradise to anyone looking for a luxury and private place to stay in Puglia. The villa was clean, the service of our guest angel was perfect and the amenities of the villas really made this truly a stay in paradise, Puglia Paradise!

Due Ulivi is the most magical place and the perfect trullo experience! We had an amazing time enjoying the trullo and all its many amenities including the beautiful garden, outside seating, and the private pool. Our guest angel Sara perfectly arranged all the details including a private chef and several tours. We already know that we will be back soon. Thank you Puglia Paradise for a wonderful adventure -- 5+ stars!

Our “angel” Sara, made wonderful experiences available to us based on our preferences. Everything she arranged for us exceeded our expectations. Would recommend Puglia Paradise to all and would use again on a visit to Alberobello.

The house in Masseria Borgopietra was excellent …We where 7 couples and had an amazing week. Everything was so perfect: the house was very comfortable, the kitchen amazing , the rooms very cozy and clean. But the main thing was Rosella , shell was on top of every detail. Made restaurant reservations, found a driver for all of us . She made a difference because we felt very welcome. thank you for a beautiful week.

It was one of the nicest places I ever stayed in (Villa Skyler). The company and its guest angels are super organized and very helpful before, during and after our holidays. Recommend 100%!

One of the cleanest villas/holiday homes we ever visited. That combined with luxury and the nice scenery made our stay at Villa Solliveta cherishable. We most probably will stay again in a Puglia Paradise villa the next time we visit Puglia, Italy.

We had an amazing time, everything went very well. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. We were in contact with our guest angel long before our arrival and could ask questions at all times- never had to wait long for a reply. The service was simply great.

We had a great experience at Villa Skylar in Puglia Paradise! This was our last family holiday before our son emigrates, and we cherished our time together immensely. The villa offered outstanding views and had a beautiful pool where we spent a lot of time. There were different seating areas around the house, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The service was excellent; the "angels" were very helpful and always available when we needed something. The BBQ facilities were perfect for cozy family evenings, and the cleaning services kept the house tidy and clean throughout our stay.

The addition of a soundbox created a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, Villa Skylar provided us with an unforgettable holiday, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and carefree vacation in Puglia!

Having booked previously with Puglia Paradise, we were not hesitant to book with them again. Massimo at Puglia Paradise was very helpful and supportive during the booking process (on both occasions).
We first stayed in Villa Skyler in 2022 and I have to say, it's the best villa we have stayed in over the past 30+ years! So we were very keen to return in 2024.
The property is stunning and has been built and maintained to a very high standard. The aircon made the villa a very comfortable place to stay. Outside the property, we enjoyed the infinity pool every day and some nights. The lighting around the outside of the villa is superb and makes for a lovely environment to enjoy the late evenings. The panoramic view from the patio area is amazing, with lovely sunsets to view.
The location of Villa Skyler is perfect, offering a very short transfer from Brindisi airport and beautiful towns and villages to visit.
Puglia Paradise offer a guest angel service to welcome you to the villa and assist you so that you can fully enjoy your holiday. We were very lucky to have the lovely Sara as our guest angel. She was so helpful and gave us some great tips for things like restaurants.
In summary, I would highly recommend both Puglia Paradise and Villa Skyler for a holiday in Puglia, Italy!

We stayed at Villa Skyler for a second time during July 2024. It is a fabulous holiday property which is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. The property was refurbished this year and also offered some new additions including nice new, comfortable sun beds. Highly recommend Puglia Paradise.

Puglia Paridise is my go to in Puglia for amazing properties …to have the villa of our dream stays. This year it was my 5 th time staying with PP. from the moment I met Massimo we became friends they treat you like family is visiting from the host to the people caring for the villa you know you’re in good hands. I have tried a few of their p properties all unique from my guest count of 6 or 4 and more they have the Trulli to satisfy your every desire. You are greeted by your Angel host to familiarize you with the property and villa -you are treated with wine and local goodies when you arrive feeling the sense of home right away. Massimo and his team are top of their game if you are looking in Puglia look no further than Puglia Paridise you will not be disappointed. I did try other agency once and once I had the PP experience I did not go back. See you next year Puglia Paridise team 🙌👌

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Puglia was an experience we will never forget. The property itself is a perfect blend of history and luxury. The Trulli exterior was absolutely charming, yet the interior was modern and impeccably clean. Every room was thoughtfully designed with a touch of local elegance, making us feel both pampered and at home.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. Set amidst breathtaking countryside views, it felt like a serene oasis—ideal for unwinding with a glass of local wine after a day of exploring. The villa’s separate kitchen, located in a nearby house, was a perfect setup for us to enjoy leisurely lunches and dinners. The traditional Puglian stonework in both the villa and the kitchen added a gorgeous, rustic touch to the overall design.

The property’s history was fascinating too. The onsite chapel, once a stop for nuns traveling the region, added a sense of timeless charm. Our guest angel, Sara, who was both welcoming and attentive, made our stay even more memorable, offering insights into the area’s rich history and helping us with everything we needed. If you're seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat that also offers a taste of Puglia’s heritage, this villa is absolutely perfect.

When we were first planning our trip to the Puglia region it was a bit stressful trying to navigate sites like AirBnB and VRbo, after a few frustrating weeks my wife discovered Puglia Paradise (Thank God), after checking out their site for a couple of weeks we started to feel like we were heading in the right direction.

We even managed to arrange a WhatsApp call to connect with Massimo, so we could chat about his amazing company and his philosophy about client care.

Well suffice to say Massimo nailed it when he recommended Villa Cinera for the first half of our 30 day Puglia adventure in September 2024, and the icing on the cake was Cassale La Cocca for the second half of our stay, two stunning properties in two amazing locations.

The customer service via the Guest Angels was Top notch, even assisting with restaurant reservations, when there were language barriers.

Massimo was even kind enough to pay us a visit while we were at Villa Cinera, and we very much enjoyed our conversation.

We rented our villa through Puglia Paradise for the half term holidays. It was our first holiday abroad with our four year old daughter. They provided an exceptional service. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our guest angel Sara was exceptional and made our experience extra special. She gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, local food shops. We ate some amazing food as a result of her suggestions. She even helped us to find a wetsuit for our daughter! I would highly recommend renting your next villa through Puglia Paradise and know that we will be doing so again!

I had a fantastic holiday in Puglia during July 2024 with my family. We stayed at Puglia Paradise's Villa Skyler, which is an amazing property. The air con made for a great escape from the summer heat. The villa is of a very high standard and is incredibly well-maintained. We made good use of the space outside the property during the days (swimming, sun-bathing and reading) and evenings (eating and drinking). The location of the villa is really good in terms of short distances to nice towns such as Ostuni and Monopoly. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday and would happily recommend Puglia Paradise and Villa Skyler.

My wife and I stayed at Trulllo Aurea from September 29 until October 15, 2024. We were joined during our visit by good friends from the United States. The trullo, located 10 minutes from Martina Franca, was relatively small but very well maintained. It is located at the end of a small road in an isolated area with lots of privacy. The trullo itself, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, had a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine and cable television. It also has a very spacious secure parking area. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and the pool clean and well kept. We used the pool almost every day, for a morning swim or for cocktails in the evening. We found the trullo to be so comfortable that sometimes we hesitated to leave it for day trips. We cooked dinners several times either in the kitchen or in the barbecue pit just outside. The trullo’s location was great for day trips and we explored the surrounding area, visiting someplace different almost every day. Wonderful sites to visit were within an easy drive of fofteen minutes to an hour away. What made our visit to Trullo Aurea really exceptional, however, was the support given us before our arrival and while we were there by our “angel,” who was assigned to assist us, however she could. She was extraordinarily helpful in coming up with suggestions for day trips, good restaurants, wine tours, hikes, and almost anything that we needed to know about an area that we had never visited before. Her suggestions before our arrival helped us to plan our visit to be as enjoyable as possible. Whenever we ran into a problem or had a question, she was always available to provide an answer. Without a doubt, her assistance made our visit a great success. We have no hesitation and giving a high recommendation to Trullo Aurea and to the company that manages the property, Puglia Paradise.
