Puglia Paradise Reviews 

We stayed here for two weeks and it's fair to say that the villa has the wow factor. It is a very well equipped villa with a fantastic location (5 mins walk to a Michelin restaurant) and pool that is spectacular. We have stayed at a number of Villa's over the years and what makes this extra special is the Puglia Paradise Guest Angel Valentina. She was amazing, recommending and booking none tourist restaurants and local places to visit, including a cheese and wine tours. The service provided by Valentina as our Guest Angel, really made a difference as she dealt with everything we asked for on to make the holiday a 5 Star experience. I highly recommend this villa and Puglia Paradise and look forward to staying again in the future.

I was in Apulia for the third time this year.
This time with seven Friends in the
Trullo Ad Caelum in Fasano.
The layout of the villa and the location was excellent, the view was simply breathtaking.
The welcome from Sarah was very nice and we felt comfortable immediately.
Last year I meant there is no increase ,I was taught something better.
The property was simply enchanting, stunning the beautiful, romantic property, the loving design of the rooms.
The outdoor area with the lovingly landscaped garden,the fantastic, heated pool ,jacuzzi with the beautiful view of the sea and the spacious seating left nothing to be and deeds!
Special thanks go to Massimo.
It shows again and again that people work here who spoilt their guests with a lot of joy and passion !

Puglia paradise was absolutely amazing to work with! We stayed at Villa Lemore for a couple days and by the end of it we never wanted to leave. The rooms were incredibly spacious and there were lots of bathrooms for all of our guests to use. The view was unbelievable, and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Just relaxing in the terrace with a beverage and some food was perfect!

We actually got married at Villa Lemore! Massimo and our guest angel Luana were very helpful and communicative beforehand, during and afterwards. They were incredibly accommodating and good to work with, answering all our questions and helping make sure everything went smoothly.

Very beautifull property with an amazing vieuw over the valley. Very quiet and relaxing place, your only company are singing birds. In and outside everything is clean. All the material we needed was available.
A very special thanks to our 'angel'Leandro who was a perfect host. He answered all our (many) questions and even brought an Italian coffeemaker late in the evening because we we're missing it. Grazie!
Next time we are travelling to Puglia we will defenitly book with Puglia Paradise again. A la prossima volta!

This Villa surpassed our expectations! It was clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the beds where super comfortable, it had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay unforgettable, our "angle" Valentina provided and exceptional service, she was in constant communication with us, she made sure that upon our arrival we had everything we needed for our stay. She really went above and beyond. This is a place that we will go back to!

The trullo Alba was indeed a unique and satisfying experience. Between the comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service provided by Leandro, we had a 5-star vacation. The trullo was quiet and private, yet close to Alberobello and the supermarkets. We could cook, travel to nearby towns and do whatever we wanted. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed in this trulli villa in the beginning of May 2022 and really enjoyed it! The surroundings there make you feel like you're in the movie - narrow single-track country lane with stone walls, picturesque sunsets, rural orchards all around, sounds of peacock from the nearby farm.. It is quite magical :) We found there everything we needed, the host Leandro welcomed us warmly and gave us great recomendations and was always available to answer our questions. The location of villa is great for exploring - Locorotondo, Alberobello and other small towns, as well as the safari zoo, are a short drive away. It's was a bit too cold to use the pool, but we definitely made the best of the pica oven trulli :) Well recommended!

Superb service from beginning to end. We had booked and needed to cancel due to Covid. Took 2 years but we finally made it. So easy with all the advice given. Trullo exceeded our expectations as did the swimming pool and pizza oven! Would 100% recommend. The day at the Beach Club which Massimo booked was amazing also - front row beds which is unheard of in Italy. Would totally return.

We had an amazing stay at Trullo Stefano! A big thank you to Leandro from Puglia Paradise who was so incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay and who was there to help us with anything that we needed. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Trullo in the country side. The Trullo was very comfortable and well equipped and the outside space and pool was perfect. We enjoyed staying in Puglia so much and we hope to visit again soon!

From the moment we booked Villa Margareta, Puglia Paradise was a traveler’s dream. The Villa is gorgeous and I can imagine even better in the summer months. We were here in October and the weather was mild enough to use the gorgeous outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed a chef’s dinner on our last night which was delicious- this was arranged through Puglia Paradise. The en-suite bathrooms were great. We had 7 adults and felt like we had plenty of space. We were assigned a guest angel, Valentina, who quickly became our new Italian friend. She took the time to answer questions, go through any specific stay questions and even helped us book a few restaurant reservations that we were unable to do via telephone.
Valentina made our stay extra special and we cannot thank her enough for her hospitality. We hope to visit Puglia again soon and will not hesitate to book with Puglia Paradise.

Puglia Paradise 10/10 again for being the best holiday agency we’ve used! Massimo runs a great team of people who go out of their way to try and ensure guests have the best time ever. Great having our Angel Luana who was on hand always to help out whether recommending restaurants or simply checking we were all ok. We will be back to Puglia to enjoy your hospitality again!

We had a wonderful time at "Trullo Felicità". The accommodation is just beautifully located in the middle of olive trees. My little highlight was the hammock right next to the house where I could relax and read my book. The accommodation is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our Guest Angel Luana was also super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this week to the fullest!

Thank you for this perfect stay at Trullo Felicita. We have been traveling for many years but this was the best place to stay in Italy. Our on-site support, Luana from Puglia Paradise, was always available for questions and tips. thank you again for that. We were with our 3 daughters and boyfriend with 6 people in this super well-kept property. everything exactly as described with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, all very well maintained and spacious. you live in an old trullo, well renovated, on a very beautiful large property between old olive trees, almond trees and fig trees. You have absolute peace and quiet to relax and in 10 minutes you can go shopping in the city by car. The trullo is the perfect starting point to explore all the sights of the region. In the evening one likes to come back to the trulli. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen or grilling outside, but we were also in the area to eat. All in all a perfect holiday, professionally carried out by the agency. we will definitely come back and recommend this holiday to everyone in beautiful Puglia. thanks Bert&family

Our stay at Corte Bianca exceeded our expectations . The setting is beautiful and gardens well kept . We were a group of 6 adults and a baby and there was privacy for each couple . We liked the walk in wardrobes which provided storage space for clothes , luggage and belongings so our rooms remained uncluttered . It was exceptionally clean . The weather was unseasonably chilly but we lit the outside fire with wood that was supplied and enjoyed early evening drinks by it . Valentina our Guest Angel was helpful and attentive without being intrusive . Readily available with recommendations for our shopping and dining needs and organising airport transfers . The dishwasher broke down ; she organised it to be fixed incredibly speedily . A very positive experience

We stayed at a gorgeous Trulli house in Puglia. From the beginning the support from our guest angel was perfect - shown around the house to understand how everything worked; lots of recommendations of things to do and a very generous welcome pack of wine, snacks, oil, coffee, sugar etc. So easy to settle in. Any questions about things to do or where to find things Valentina was always there to answer quickly by whatsapp. We needed a quiet holiday to recover from busy work - this was perfect and Valentina’s support very helpful, but not obtrusive. Excellent all round.

Puglia Paradise is amazing and we would highly recommend booking with them.We stayed first at Villa
Margareta, just outside of Ostuni, which was beautiful inside and out. We loved it. Spectacular views, a bocce ball court, beautiful spotless pool and multiple lounge areas including a rooftop bar. Every day at Villa Margareta was special. However the real star of our visit was Valentina, our Puglia Paradise angel. She took care of everything from arranging transfers for family coming and going to the airport, lunches, dinners,
Recommendations and reservations at a moment's notice, all with her charming personality and wonderful sense of humor. She spoiled us so much, we booked another week later in our trip at a different Puglia Paradise villa (Villa Rosara) which I will review later.
We highly recommend Puglia Pardise. The accommodations are top notch and the service is incredible.

We enjoyed our 3rd Puglia Paradise experience recently and stayed at their Trullo Sofia. The whole booking experience led by the owner Massimo was again exceptional as was the on-site services of their Guest Angel Sara. Their help in arranging our airport transfers, car hire, restaurant bookings were faultless and helped make my party of 6s' experience quite exceptional. We choose Trullo Sofia for the 2nd time due to its location, being a 10 minute walk into beautiful Alberobello town and the nearby local restaurant Gli Ulivi (see my Facebook review). Our 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom Trullo was ideal as it was spacious with 2 fridges for essential cold beer & wine (and water!), bbq with garden pool and sits in a very large plot surrounded by olive trees. The narrow track to the house adds to its charm and quaintness with no nearby properties to spoil the views or quietness. We love the Puglia region with its rustic charm, whitewashed towns, glorious beaches, lovely food and Puglia Paradise allowed us to enjoy all these during our 2 week stay so a big thank you. We shall return!

We stayed at Villa Skyler for two weeks and towards the end of our holiday, we didn’t want to leave. This Villa is incredible! It has all the facilities you need, a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a stunning patio with amazing views! The Villa is spotless clean! Puglia Paradise offers a top class concierge service. Valentina helped us with all the bookings and tips we needed and any requests we had wasn’t an issue, she was efficient, competent and super kind! Puglia is a beautiful place, has delicious food and generous friendly people!
