Perfect place for holiday, very good concierge Valentina, thank you very much

We just returned from Italy where we stayed in one on Puglia Paradise’s Villas. In all honesty the experience could not have been better. The house was beautiful (nicer than the photos), booking we easy, and the experience stress free. To enhance the experience we were assigned an angel (Luana) who was really helpful with a car rental (a must), restaurant recommendations & reservations, transfer to the train station, and directions to the grocery store! It was reassuring to have a point person to help with all our needs.

They have a great list of services and our only regret is we didn’t book a chef or an Italian BBQ! You may also want to book a day at the beach at one of the local beach clubs.

There was one snag in that we returned late one night, about midnight, and there was no power at the house. Luana mentioned this may happen and we tried the suggested fixes, to no avail. We texted her hoping she would be awake, she called straight away and walked us through the fix (there was a second circuit breaker). It would have been a long night, hot night if she wasn’t so attentive!

We have stayed in vacation homes across Europe and Puglia Paradise is by far the best! If you stay with anyone else you do so at your own peril!!!

The Villa was stunning with every conceivable need either already on site or delivered within a few hours. The bedrooms were spacious and airy and the lounge areas and kitchen catered for all ages which for our group of 10 ranged from 1 year to 64 years. A peacful and beautiful view of the sea and the countryside with all alenities and the village less than a few minutes drive. Villa Margareta is paradise, a quiet & calm place where you can be your complete self..

We stayed for the second time at Villa Rosara. It is a very nice, modern villa with a nice large garden surrounded by Olive trees. The villa is very attractive not only because of the design but also because it is 10min walking distance from Ostuni. Parking is very difficult in Ostuni so this is a big plus. Although it is a short walk from Ostuni the villa surrounding is quiet and peaceful. The villa is only around 15min from the sea, with many beaches nearby. Valentina our Guest Angel was super accommodating, very friendly and always available when we needed her. We visited all her restaurant recommendations :). All in all it was again a very pleasant and relaxing stay and we had again a very nice guest experience with Puglia Paradise.

Puglia Paradise was so amazing with us. Since the beginning when we were looking at the best property in Puglia and all during our stay at the Villa. Helped us with all the restaurants reservations, and making sure we had the best vacation ever. The house was impeccable. We are planning to go back soon. Truro Aurea is truly paradise in Puglia. The villa itself is stunning - as the photos accurately show, although more stunning in reality if anything. We couldn’t fault it. The star of our stay was hands down Valentina. We said it to her and we will say it here - if we could take her back home with us, we would! Nothing was too much trouble - from suggesting the best places to visit and booking the best places to eat for us, to organising a doctor and attending the hospital with us when our 5 year old became poorly. And all with the warmest and kindest smile on her face. We are indebted to her and would absolutely stay at another Puglia Paradise home again, without question. Thank you so much for your hospitality, what a wonderful memory we will keep with us forever. Rumana x

We booked the villa trullo ad caelum for 1 week. First we arrived we were impressed by the stunning view over fasano and the sea and the magnificent pool!!! It’s a big property with many facilities ( tennis court, pizza oven, barbecue, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen in separate building, laundry place, various lounges and seating areas outside) . So almost perfect…. However there are still some things that can be improved. The beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable. there was no hot water in the morning and the security could also be improved because suddenly there were tourists sitting in the lounge, which shocked us because everything was supposed being private. From our guest angel ( Sara) We personally expected a little more . She made a lot of effort before we came, but we didn't hear much from her during our stay… we would have liked some more recommendations or more personal contact. but in general it was a nice holiday.

Our family of four stayed in a Puglia Paradise home outside of Alberbello in July of 2022. It-was-amzing! From the cherry and olive trees to the refreshing pool, we had everything we could have wanted there. Plus working with the Puglia Paradise team was a bonus as they were kind and so helpful!

We spent an amazing week in Trullo Ad Caelum which is exceptional.
Great quiet location with stunning views, the property is gorgeous and very well equipped.
The villa has everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The outdoor areas are spacious and wonderful.

I was really impressed by the quality of the service offered. Organised, timely, courteous, kind and super professional. The villa was high quality, with all comforts, extremely clean and well maintained. Valentina was our main contact and she behaved as our guardian angel…thoughtful, always available, knowledgeable. Proactive and trying to anticipate every need while being respectful and discreet. Highly recommended!

If you want to experience a peaceful holiday, then Trullo Alba is the best choice. Big pool, spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, everything even better than in the photos. And I have to thank Leandro very much for all his help, he was waiting for us upon our arrival, explained everything to us perfectly and was always helpful with our questions. I warmly recommend it to everyone and look forward to Trullo Alba again...

Our family of 5 stayed at Trullo Atena for 10 days. It was magnificent! Leandro and the Puglia Paradise team made everything so easy - from booking a fantastic family restaurant (Gli Ulivi - amazing pizza!) on the first night to arranging our beach day at Sabbadorio (superb) or our visit to make Mozzarella and Burrata at Itria Bonta (incredible rustic place), nothing was too much trouble. Trullo Atena had everything you could want, great pool, outdoor kitchen (we bbq’d most days), comfy beds and great bathrooms. Plus the gardens and views were stunning. It was the perfect location to explore Puglia from and we took day trips to Matera and Ostuni as well as spending time locally in Alberobello. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Puglia Paradise and the team there again.

Our stay at Trullo Ermes was nothing short of wonderful. The accommodations were comfortable and the pool area and outdoor kitchen are amazing. Leandro booked massages for us that were enjoyed outside on the covered patio. We had a chef come one night and prepare a fabulous dinner and had him back for a cooking class a couple days later. Leandro arranged a rental car be delivered to the Trullo as well. Everyone booked was on time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend Puglia Paradise

Trustable and reliable our experience of holiday in Puglia in 2022 at Corte bianca has been smooth.
From the checking to the setup of the dinner with chefs, to planning a trip to beautiful Matera and a couple of days at the beach, our secret concierge made it memorable.
And most important the holiday effect and good memory is still with us. Absolutely worthy!

We had a fantastic stay at Trullo delle stelle!! Although we booked our holiday at very short notice, everything worked out perfectly. We would have loved to stay longer!! We would book a villa through Puglia Paradise again at any time and can fully recommend the agency.
Valentina, our guest angel, was extremely helpful and took great care of us. She never disappointed us with her restaurant suggestions!

I cannot recommend Puglia Paradise enough for a family vacation. This trip was three years in the making due to covid...so there was a LOT of hype build up...and it did not disappoint. There were so many times I'd be staring at my young kids play in the pool and seeing Roberto (private chef) in the background and asking myself, "is this real life right now?!" The house we stayed in was fantastic and any desire, accommodation, insight or need you wanted, you have that in Valentina. It was like having a built-in planner, travel agent and restaurant reviewer all in one. Any questions you had she'd reply within minutes and would then offer suggested itineraries for what you were looking to do that day. We cannot wait to go back!!

We stayed for a week in one of the many villa options from Puglia Paradise. Well be fore we even arrived the great and helpful services started. Massimo and Valentina (our guest angel) were very helpful in preparing the upcoming stay. I also found their online guest platform very useful.
During the stay Valentina was available literally 24/7. We had a dentist emergency that she quickly helped us to handle. The villa itself was better then on pictures and the description, which is not what we some times experienced with other agencies in different places.
Overall a great experience at the Villa Elisa and the Puglia Paradise agency. Thanks again to Valentina and Massimo.

We recently stayed at Villa Corte Bianca and had a terrible experience through the Puglia Paradise booking agency. Our main issue was with the comfort and setup of the villa. The trullo and master bedroom with attached kids bedroom did not have air conditioning and my kids and I slept in +26⁰C internal temperature rooms - with fans blowing on us for 3 nights until they were able to find a temporary fix of an air conditioning unit when 4 of us slept on a bunk bed because the master bedroom would not cool down. Needless to say- it was heartbreaking hearing my infant son cry for 3 nights straight because he was so uncomfortable.

They also did not order the correct car seats that we requested for our trip and our infant could not safely leave the villa for 2 days out of a 6-day stay.

Communication with our villa "angel" was very poor and they offered us a meager €300 credit on a €12,000 trip. We were also locked out of the villa for several hours as the cleaners did not leave keys with us to access our rooms and missed our walking tour of nearby Alberobello.

At the end of the 6 days, we were so relieved to be leaving and will never use this agency again.

We’ve just arriveerde back Home from a lovely week at Trulli Stefano in alberabello . Eveything was perfect : the Trulli , the pool , the quietness, the scenery , our guest angel Leandro dus a wunderfull job , we felt really in paradise

We had a week at Trulli Juno. The Villa was excellent , providing nicely furnished rooms and comfortable beds. Two of the Bedrooms are independent of the main house both sharing a nice terrace overlooking the pool area. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens amongst olive groves. Outside dining/BBQ area, and lovely pool area. The Villa is setback off the main road with electric gates and very private . 5 minutes drive from Ostuni which itself is a charming town . The service we had from our 'Angel' Valentina was excellent , never encroaching but always on hand if needed. We had a couple of minor issues which she was able to resolve within the hour. We had such great time and will be booking again with Puglia Paradise , their service from start to end was impeccable.
