Built our Pool near Ostuni which was started just before the First Covid Lockdowns. So between us not visiting for 2 years the progress was not straightforward. However we kept in touch with Graham and the pool was completed last spring. We were never under any pressure to get the project completed and we are very happy with the results. Pool cleaning has been reliable and looking forward to our second Summer with the pool.

They have been managing our property in Italy for a year now. They take care of the house and sort out any issues that come up. They organise and manage great tradesmen to do works when necessary. Any questions with local authorities they deal with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Puglia Pools.

I have been using Puglia Pools for 5 years now for their geometra service, building service and now their pool cleaning service. I have always found them incredibly helpful, efficient and accommodating. All of the staff are polite, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. They would always be my first choice for any new project.

Have used Puglia Pools for over 3 years now but this year they handled the installation of Air Conditioning into the villa prior to our arrival. Alison organised the quotes and Clima team brilliantly. It was installed without issue, and they did an amazing job, very tidy, tucked all the cables and pipes into wall and trunking. Can barely see the works. Left property extremely tidy. Couldnt fault it or done a better job had I been there. We certainly needed it as it was 42 degrees when we arrive in June. Throughout the Pandemic they went to the villa to check it over and sent pictures as well when we couldnt visit. I cant recommend them enough!

I am one of those people you may have read about who bought a home in Italy on the internet. I did this before Covid hit with plans of multiple visits to get things in order in 2020. That never materialized, obviously, and I had no idea how to get things done. Then we found Chris and Puglia Pools. I cannot tell you how amazing they have been to work with. There isn’t anything that they haven’t been able to help me with. Chris is fantastic about taking detailed photos so I can see the work that’s being done and it’s fantastic. They truly make everything easy. In short, I highly recommend Chris and team and for me, finding them has been a huge stroke of luck.

I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with Puglia Pools and Spa in the person of Graham Bayne for over 5 years. It is not an overstatement to say that he brought a comfort to our lives. As owners of property in the Valle d’Itria area of Puglia, the fact that we live in Bali and cannot be watchful of the property would be a concern but for Graham. If a problem arises, we are immediately alerted to it, consult with Graham to develop a solution, and end the conversation knowing that the problem is solved. We don’t have to think about it again. That kind of peace of mind cannot be valued in euros, but I know that I have had fewer sleepless nights than I otherwise would had Graham not been our proxy on the ground. I would recommend Puglia Pools and Spa to provide any service they offer without reservation or hesitation.

We really appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Puglia Pools. They are always prompt in responding to any request. We trust them implicitly and are leaving our pool in their care for the winter, again. It was lovely to return home to a turquoise blue pool this year.
