for ten years Graham and Chris have given me 5***** service and maintenance on my pool. Competent, fairly priced, on-time and reliable both for weekly service and installations.

We have been working with Chris and the team at Puglia Pools for over a year now and have found them to be very professional and a great reassurance to know our property is being well looked after in our absence.

As many others have suggested, Puglia Pools is something of a misnomer, as it fails to indicate the breadth of capability that Chris, Graham, Alison and the rest of the team have now created.

What we really appreciate, is their willingness to assist you, when actually what you need doesn't necessarily fall within the remit of the services you are paying for. Bottom line, is if they cant help you, they certainly will know someone that can.

For families looking for a 'one stop shop' type organisation, I seriously doubt whether there is any direct, equivalent competitor in the geographic area Puglia Pools now covers.

Puglia Pools are a very professional and knowledgeable pool company and can be relied upon to help out when needed. They are up to date with all the latest technologies, a trait we never found with any other local pool company.

We have never let our property so cannot comment on their property management skills, but have no doubt they will be first class. They are also always on hand to help out with all the inevitable property issues that occur.

Having said all this, the most important factor is that we trust the whole team at Puglia Pools and this trust has been earned over the last 10 years of consistent reliable service.

Alison and Chris at Puglia Pools are extremely good at what they do. I would receommend them to anyone with a property in Puglia who is looking for company to manage the maintenance and the bookings. They take the stress out of looking after the property and have an excellent team of local trades to help out when necessary.

Having moved to Italy from the UK to open a yoga centre and carry out some extensive building renovations we were extremely fortunate to have been introduced to Graham at Puglia Pools. Graham and his team have made the whole experience of settling into a new country a very simple process. They have helped us with almost everything from introducing us to a fantastic local builder, surveyor and accountant, helping us to manage our building renovations, maintaining our pool, arranging our wifi connection, moving utility bills into our name along with some more slightly unusual requests such as chasing delivery companies who cannot find our address. (we are still learning Italian!)They are so helpful, reliable and trustworthy we cannot recommend them enough.

The 1st phone call I made to Puglia Pools it turned out was the best call I made regarding my swimming pool.
After a year of poor service from another supplier I discussed my problem and Puglia Pools were at my property within the hour. One week later I was swimming in crystal clear clean water - something that had been a challenge to achieve previously.
One year later the service has been fantastic and I know I have found a company I can trust.

Chris & his team have looked after our house/pool/guests for 8 years + and they do a brilliant job. Very often when getting feedback from guests they mention the Puglia pools team specifically and how they helped their enjoyment of their holiday from the friendly meet & greet on arrival to sorting out problems during their visit. And that is the key from my viewpoint. Yes they clean the pool, the house, do the garden etc and do all of this well but that is not the most important part. I am here in the UK and can't sort out problems when they arise, which they inevitably do. Chris and the team solve problems quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss thus reducing the impact on the guests holiday enjoyment. The greatest compliment I can give is that if something arises I know they will sort it out one way or another with the least drama.

My husband and I used Puglia Pools to install our swimming pool and we can not recommend their services highly enough. Graham and his team were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to answer any of our questions and come to our villa to explain each stage of the process. Being able to converse with them in English, was fantastic, as our Italian is not good and any technical work undertaken here is complex. All our family rare absolutely delighted with the pool and it looks amazing.
We have also used Graham and his team to do major work inside and outside our villa and their level of service is outstanding. Attention to detail, suggestions to improve plans are always welcome and make the finished work more than we had hoped for. We have recommended them to serveral couples we have met, who are renovating properties or installing swimming pools and they have all been extremely happy with the work carried out.
