I ordered a couple of small gifts for my daughters friend birthday which did not arrive within the specified time. I've subsequently emailed 3 times with no communication from them. I have raised a complaint with my credit card issuer today so hopefully I can get the refund through them.
Shoddy company that take peoples money and fail to deliver the goods. I wish I had read the reviews first!!

Order placed in February, this year and still not shown up in June!!
I've sent several emails, no reply. I went through the 'shop' app and raised a missed item, they then said they'll issue a refund. Have I had the refund?! No!!!!
Lack of products and customer service, will leave you out of pocket and very frustrated.

Ordered some cufflinks and they never arrived. Never replied to email so escalated with PayPal. They then responded asking why I had contacted PayPal. They looked into the order and said it hadn’t been sent out but they could send it out was I happy to wait. It was a birthday present so too late so I asked for a refund which has yet to happen - they said they would to this. Thank goodness for PayPal who are not sorting out for me. Wish I had checked the reviews on this company before using them.

This is a fake company. i ordered a personalised item for my brothers birthday and after sending a e-mail asking why it had not been sent i received a reply saying the item had been despatched giving a fake Royal Mail tracking number.I then received a notification again giving a fake delivery for Londonderry in Northern Ireland. I live in England!!! Paypal were excellent and arranged a refund very promptly . But please be aware this company is not real.

Ordered a gift for Christmas which never arrived. Sent numerous emails which they didn't respond to. As I paid using paypal I have opened up a dispute. They responded claiming they had sent me an email telling me that they had informed me it was out of stock, and asked if I wanted a refund or something else (They didnt send any email). I have replied a couple of times asking to refund which they have ignored. It has been escalated with Paypal and I am still waiting for refund to be processed....AVOID!

" My Happy Moments " I ordered a memorial glass which needed a photograph to be uploaded which I did and the order was confirmed .
approx 8days later I hadn't herd anything on the dispatch .I emailed them twice within a few days .no reply tried phoning no reply went to voice mail . Having paid via PayPal I got in touch + opened a dispute . The reply from the company sed there was a technical issue + they hadn't received the photo . Having re- sent it + emailed several times i got no reply.! They took payment + I received nothing. ! .PayPal have been excellent + re -inbursed the money I lost . Please stay clear of this fake company. !!

SCAM! Never received my items ordered back in June and they are now trading under "My Happy Moments". Avoid this company they will take your money.

Ordered something on 3rd August and never recieved it. No response to any of my emails asking where my order is/for a refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal so can get my money back. Checked companies House and this company was dissolved in 2017. PayPal transaction was paid to a personal email address - not a company.

Untrustworthy. Ordered a gift from them in April. Received email to say it was out for delivery. Never received. Messaged them. Sent another. Never received. No 3 never received in June. 25/6 offered refund. 10/7 refund still not appeared in my account. Any comments I put on their page get taken down.

I ordered some squeeze balls months ago for my dad who has arthritis in his hand. Never recieved them despite contacting them. They didn't cost alot of money however very bad customer service in my view 😡

No response from company after many attempts to contact. Never recieved item purchased. Either a fake company, or the worst customer service in the world.
If I could give less than one star I would.

Had a lovely fathers day cup made, delivery was super fast and I had to contact the company due to a mistake I made, this was dealt with fast and the customer service was great, I'd highly recommend this company.

Untrustworthy and incompetent company. I placed an order & upon waiting nearly two weeks and giving them the benefit of the doubt due to a bank holiday my order was nowhere to be seen. I contacted them by email and was assured my order had been dispatched. I waited a further 8 days whilst emailing & questioning it’s whereabouts. I made them aware I’d seen bad reviews & that if I didn’t receive my order within the next two days I’d take out a complaint with PayPal. Their replies consisted of pathetic excuses of “rival companies leaving bad reviews” and as I wasn’t happy with their “service” they immediately gave me a refund. I believe the threat of contacting PayPal was the only reason I got my full refund & I doubt they even had my item in stock. I’ve also noticed they change the prices on items as mine had gone down by £2 when I checked the site.
On a further note I should have been more aware about choosing a shop with the terminology “Pukka” in its title.

I ordered some terracotta garden signs from here, I paid for next delivery and they never turned up. I have been chasing them for a refund since April. I suspect this is a fake company who are writing their own positive reviews. If not then they should be responding to the many customers who have had the same problems I have. They are literally stealing people's money.

I think this is a scam company. Order placed on 12th May and should have been 3-4 days delivery. Text received saying dispatched but no tracking information. Still hasn't arrived and no reply to email.
I ended up getting the same item from Amazon. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 Small Terracotta Pot Men from this company on 15th April. 2 emails and a letter later, I still have not received my order or a refund. Terrible service. I intend to take this further.

Do not use this company. Placed my order on 19th March, received an email on 23rd to say it had been despatched with a link to track it which never worked. The item never arrived. I have emailed several times since requesting a refund and heard nothing. Absolute scammers!

Amazing products and excellent service, i would definitely recommend!

Order gifts to the value of £25. Just under a month later, I’m still waiting for them. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions, their response is very slow and avoiding the question of a refund. I will continue to peruse this.
Very unhappy, will definitely not be using this company again and would not recommend to anyone.
