Zero Quality Control – Same Stained Item Twice
This is genuinely one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered a quarter zip from Pull&Bear and when it arrived, it had clear oil stains on it. Not minor marks — obvious stains that should have been spotted immediately during packing.
I returned it, received a refund, and decided to reorder the same item, assuming it was just an unlucky one-off. That was a mistake. The second order arrived with the exact same oil stains again. Two separate orders. Same issue. No improvement.
This shows a complete lack of quality control. Are returned items being resent without inspection? Are stained items being packaged and shipped anyway? Either way, it’s unacceptable for a brand of this size.
I’ve wasted time waiting for deliveries, arranging returns, and reordering, all for absolutely nothing. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this much hassle just to receive a basic, clean item. At this point, I’ve completely lost confidence in the brand and will not be ordering again.
Pull&Bear seriously needs to review their quality checks and handling process, because this is not acceptable.

So basically, I was going on the website cause I was finna buy one of the new Stranger Things hoodie. I waited two days to buy it because it was gonna go on sale and then when the sales came on all of a sudden, it disappeared and it said it wasn’t available and also before the sales they had medium and small available and now it’s gone and the extra large got restocked. Like Bruh. Extremely upset with this and they better restock, medium, and small stat. by the way, I’ve never bought anything from this brand I just putting out one star because that was my favorite hoodie and that’s not fair to me.

Faulty shoddy goods and appalling Customer Service
I have now been trying to resolve an issue with a faulty jumper bought from Pull & Bear for weeks and getting no where. On a special Christmas shopping trip to Bluewater (140 mile round trip) I bought a jumper from Pull & Bear. When I got home I discovered that one sleeve was 13 inches and the other was 17.5. Contacted customer services via the online WhatsApp channel and sent photos of jumper and receipt. First person said it had been escalated and they would dispatch a new jumper or provide a refund. A week later contacted them again as I'd heard nothing and was then told that customer service only deal with things bought online and I would therefore need to make the 140 mile round trip to return the faulty item! Asked for their customer complaints contact and also their legal department. Was given the contact.gb@pullandbear email address. Have now emailed twice and heard nothing back.
The jumper should not have been sold under any circumstances - surely this is a breach of the law/ trading standards. I asked repeatedly for them to either provide a refund to the credit card listed on the receipt (or a voucher) or dispatch a replacement I do not live near a Pull & Bear and cannot afford a 140 mile round trip to return the item.
Their customer service is disgusting and it is clear from the other reviews on this site it is a major issue.

I attempted to return a parcel with the QR code sent to me but the code would not scan in the shop. The man in the shop tried several times but it did not work (it wasnt their scanner or my phone as he did a separate parcel for me for another company with no issues) The whole process took about 20 minutes, to no avail. I sent a WhatsApp to Pull and Bear and someone called Evelyn replied. I explained the issue and that I would need either a barcode sending to me or a new QR code. She explained I would need a new, seperate QR code, this time for the Royal Mail. She sent this to me on email. I asked the question if the return p&p could be wavered due to the inconvenience of having to go back out to another shop with a new code but was told no, its against their refund policy. I asked not even as a small gesture of goodwill, because of the inconvenience (Its only £3.95) and again was told no. Maybe next time check that the QR codes are active/able to scan before sending to customers so you are not causing them the inconvenience of having to chase an alternative code to be sent and then having to go back and attempt to resend the parcel again?
This was an error of the Sender but I was the one doing all the running around. A small token of goodwill would have made the experience less annoying and I wouldn't be here now writing this review.
Rude staff
Lakeside store in Essex staff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude and disrespectful, wanted to pay for a top with cash, there was a queue for this because no one was at the till, when someone did arrive the price of the top was in the sale but the 30% off was coming up wrong on the till, trying to explain that it should of been lower, the assistant turned round and said “well don’t have it then” the assistant wasn’t having any of it, I said “are you calling me a liar” she turned round and said “yes”. Rude doesn’t even come close to what I felt.

My girlfriend ordered me a t shirt as part of my Christmas present. When opened we noticed that the t shirt had a hole at the top and a few threads loose. My son loves buying clothes from pull and bear and they’re good quality. However I’ve recently ordered online for a family member who is home for a couple of weeks and my order never arrived. There is no phone number for customer service and no one responds to emails. My nephew is travelling back abroad tomorrow and I have no idea what the status of my order is or how to even go about cancelling it as their online support is so bad. I would definitely recommend not buying from them online. I agree their clothes are lovely from the store but if you don’t have the option of going into the store then buy from somewhere else.
