Failed to deliver and refund and communicate

Ordered item for my grandson for Christmas. Tracking said that there would be a delay in delivery but Evri would do it soon Rang Evri who don't have parcel and said get back to Pull and Bear. They'll only communicate online and are slow and just tell you what you know already So far no answer to my request for refund Awful customer service!

Would give Zero stars if this was an option. Visited the Trafford Centre Store today to return an item. The man who served me (who said he was the store manager) had disgusting customer service. I have never been treated so badly in any retail environment. He had a clear disdain for customers. Will NOT shop there again.

I wanted to return

I wanted to return - but couldn’t - they wrote the 13/12 and couldn’t and I could not call them and had the longest and slowest chat on WhatsApp.
This is by far the worst costumer service ever.

Poor service

Poor service!

Just visited the Stratford Branch and if I could give ZERO stars I would. The service was the worst I’ve experienced in Westfield Stratford for any store. I spoke to the assistant for assistance at the tills and she proceeded to continue her task prior to assisting me. She was disengaged and came across as an employee who disliked her role. Very unprofessional attitude. Front of house and can’t deliver service! It appears this is the culture that Pull and Bear accept as their reviews seem to highlight poor service in their company. Service is pivotal for all business’s and I suggest you get this right, train your teams on a customer first culture don’t just depend on the name of the brand. Disappointed is an understatement.

You’ve been warned!! 🚨

I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty nervous after reading everyone’s reviews and also trying to deal with a return from Pull&Bear. I ordered two of the same hoodies in different sizes, they both came however one was wrapped with a label and the other had clearly been previously worn and shoved in an envelop. They were also both the same size. I emailed them right away and did not hear back, so contacted them via WhatsApp instead. After messaging for over an hour I was given incorrect returns emails, and I’m now left waiting for an unknown courier to contact me? (they couldn’t tell me what courier or when I would be contacted). I never received an apology, I’ve been told incorrect information, and I’m still none the wiser about what is actually happening … wish me luck! 🤞🏼

Poor customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at Pull&Bear. I placed an order on 27/11, and the delivery date was supposed to be 05/12. Instead, I received an email saying my order was lost. When I contacted customer service and asked for the items to be replaced, they issued a refund without my consent and then told me they couldn’t replace the items because the refund had already been processed.
It’s frustrating and unprofessional—especially since I still wanted the items I originally ordered. This whole situation was handled poorly, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Scammers

Something is very off about pull and bear and stradivarius delivery, ordered from pull and bear been 11 days and parcel is only arriving now, stradivarius is even worse they took the money and the parcel never came! They told me later items are out of stock but kept my money. Had to go through dispute at bank to get my money back. Awful

First time ever in this store at blue…

First time ever in this store at blue water Kent. I could not get on with the self scan so went to the cashier desk. Stood in queue the girl was serving a customer looks over said am I returning I said no I want help. With what ? She was very rude and came across as she didn’t want to help. Aslo had face like slapped backside. I was simply asking about the price of a coat I liked and wanted. She didn’t want to help so I walked out of your store. She was on the desk 11.45pm. Thanks for a bad experience and poor disgusting customer service.

If I could rate below one star I would. Ordered an item that’s been out of stock for ages, I made a mistake with my address. Although I had contact from Royal Mail the parcel was still sent back. I emailed straight away and did not have a response. Refunded but what I wanted is the item, completely unhelpful and just not interested in even helping.

absolutely disgraceful

absolutely disgraceful. terrible service, i was made to pay £30 for a jumper then to be told it didnt go through on their card machine when it took my money (i gave proof through my phone and the bank confirmed it went through) without giving me the jumper. sales assistant was very rude and so was the manager , she kept walking off. i still havent got my money back even though they said id have to wait 24hrs and told me to come back even though i dont live there. i had to pay twice. very disappointed with the customer service do not recommend.
