I needed to replace the existing slats on my pulley and the size I required was no longer available at any of the usual local hardware stores. A quick search and I found PulleyMaid, not only did they have the correct size for me but I received delivery in two days and the quality was so much better than my existing slats. I've had them for a few weeks now and they have proven to be quite an upgrade on my previous ones.

I have had my Pulleymaid hanging my washing above the stairwell for about 15 years. It can hold around 3 washing loads, dries quickly and makes the house smell nice. I’ve only ever needed 3 cords despite an enormous amount of use.

The product is outstanding. Beautifully made, fantastic quality and they work really well in our mudroom drying off out door clothing etc. The delivery was timely and came earlier than I expected. It was well packaged and secure from damage. Excellent service. I would heartily recommend this product.

I ordered from Pulleymaid in early July and hadn’t received a shipping notification (let alone my item) by mid August. After repeated email enquiries, I was told there was a shipping error and they could try again or I could have my money back. I chose the refund, but I’m still waiting to see the money two weeks later. I’m afraid this company is a scam, do not buy from them.

EDITED TO ADD: I have now received my refund and I feel relieved to have my money back. I noted that the date on the refund receipt was for the day I followed up, NOT the day they first said my refund had been processed. Perhaps this company isn’t a scam, but their processes and accountability make them almost indistinguishable from one.

If you choose to order this product (particularly if you are in Aus like me), request a tracking number for the shipping because it will not be issued automatically, contrary to the information on their website.

Terrible customer service. Order failed to arrive, had to followup multiple times for a response- very disappointing

Ordered 2x ‘breadboard Drying Rack Double Panel on the 17th June. They have only sent 1 ( they never sent any dispatch email or even let me know the first one was on the way - it just showed up ) I have emailed multiple times and had a lack of correspondence from them in regards to the missing item. It’s also very unprofessional they have no phone number.

Website provides detailed product information and delivery was excellent with well packaged parts. The product itself is relatively easy to assemble and install and is a great addition to our home. Plenty of space for airing our laundry.

Lovely quality laths. My old (25 plus year old ones) were looking a bit past it. Easy ordering experience. Would buy again. Thank you Pulleymaid.

Searched high and low for replacement laths for my airer.
Pulleymaid were by far the cheapest and easiest option across the internet.
They were delivered in good time and the quality is excellent.
They are now varnished and ready to be put to work

Ordered online easily and arrived very quickly- Quality wooden slats to replace our pulley maid ceiling clothes aid ones we bought 10 years ago also from this company with the ceiling aid clothes dryer, which is still in excellent condition.

Pulley was not as well made as hoped or expected given the cost of the product. Both the wooden plynths and metal bracket had to be filed to stop any clothes from getting torn due to their rough and sharp nature.

Avoid this company at all costs! My wife and I ordered the Classic Clothes Airer, but it never arrived. Despite explaining the situation, customer service refused to help or issue a refund.

Initially, we were told the item was out of stock and given the option to wait two weeks or get a refund. We chose to wait, with an expected delivery in early March. By mid-March, nothing had arrived. We emailed them only to be told it had been delivered, providing a photo of our closed front door and a forged signature (which didn't match our names). On top of that, we never received any delivery notifications from the delivery company.

When we explained that the driver likely stole or misdelivered the item, they refused to contact Parcel Force and instead accused our neighbors of theft—an absurd claim, given that we live in a secure tenement and know our neighbors well. Also, how would they install our clothes airer in the flat next door which we regularly see into? I explained this all to them and asked again for them to contact the delivery company, the police, and/or issue a refund and they have since not replied.

We’ve since filed our own police report and upon further research online discovered similar complaints from other customers about failed deliveries and poor costumer service. I find their refusal to contact the company, a lack of delivery notifications, and the recent ghosting highly incompitent if not outright suspicious. Do not order from this company—choose a more trustworthy seller!

Brilliant company to buy from customer service is fantastic. Their products are brilliant. About to buy my 3rd Pulleymaid for another wedding present. Definitely recommend.

I bought the radial airer for my wall years ago. Its been super convenient that I can fold it away and suits our vintage vibe. Exceptional customer service when my wall gave way this week and the airer fell off and it snapped 2 of the plinths - I'm being sent replacements free of charge! Very happy

After eighteen years of brilliant service the slats on my Pulley Maid were becoming discoloured and I was concerned that they might stain lighter items. Ordering a new set of slats was very easy and very good value. The order arrived within three days and delivery was free!

I purchased replacement parts (laths and chord) for our ageing airer- these were a good price and came quickly. The laths appear to be of a really good quality, the only reason I've not given a 5-star review is I've only just fitted them, and I cant yet comment on how long they will last.

Fantastic service- Fast and efficient. Queries were answered quickly. We have purchased two pulley maids and the quality is great. Would highly recommend.
