Best resus training we have had. Communicated very well, information given very clearly and involved everybody. Interesting illustrations of possible scenarios given- really felt we had learnt what to do in an emergency.

I enjoyed the entire session and the facilitators were very friendly. I'd have no reservations recommending them to others. We'll definitely get them back in for the next one!

I really enjoyed participating in the Emergency First Aid training. It was delivered by competent and confident staff. They were professional, yet struck a perfect balance, being able to relate to us, to our setting and to deliver the facts in a fun and engaging way. I would certainly refer the company and use them again.

The Pulse Medic team came to my workplace, and we were and are most grateful for all info received. First off, they are friendly and efficient,but above all very professional. Any misgivings I might have had, were laid to rest. With the Team's hands on approach to training,their wealth of knowledge(they were able to answer all questions put forward)and their ability to make their participants feel at ease,I must say that it was time and money well spent.
I have been singing their praises constantly and have no qualms about recommending their services.
For me personally(I deal with kids on a daily basis),I feel more equipped to handle any emergency(God forbid) that may come my way.

I found the facilitators friendly, open to questions, willing to help.
Course material was thorough, interactive with questions/answers, and practical. All contemporary information was delivered well.

Good and not too expensive

Was such a good day, was greeted by a wonderful friendly team. Was an educational day and learned more than I had here on other courses, creative and educational day!

Martin was excellent. He got everyone involved which helped everyone to remeber the key points.

The course could have been more structured. I like the questions we all had and they were answered but the course was a bit all over the place.

The staff was well organised, they trained me how to react in every situation.
Also the stuff were very engaging also making sure that ALL OF US understood what they were teaching.
I'd raccomand Pulse Medic Services to anyone!!!!

The paramedic pair were very welcoming, approachable, and had all the up-to-date knowledge to provide a relaxed hands on BLS refresher and AED session. They also can tailor to your needs if you work in a dental setting.
Very thorough in their approach.
My only constructive criticism would be possibly having structure to the course providing a list of contents/objectives and what to expect next, and finding baby Annie would have been helpful ;)

During this course there was emphasis on adequate patient assessment. The Recovery Position was well demonstrated. Correct airway management and chest compression technique were also excellently covered including the modifications needed when dealing with children. There was excellent traing in Defibrillation techniques and in the management of acute anaphylaxis in adults and children, including the use of the epipen. Overall I found this course very helpful and it was conducted in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You have been fantastic and I love the work you are doing, fantastic course and I will be happy to recommend you to others.

Initially, I wasn't expecting much from these classes as I thought it would be similarly simplistic to others I have attended, but after only two I am genuinely impressed. Their innovative, diverse approach has been beneficial to my practice already, and would recommend to any NHS professional

The welcome from the training team was great, we were all made to feel welcome, they were all very professional. After introductions the training course took off and every detail, all our questions were answered and I left the training course full of refreshed knowledge.
