Product is so so beautiful. I love it. The color was a little less vibrant than I expected, but I understand that certain glazes can have variation. I love the unique sculptural options compared to what others offer.
Ordering was easy and smooth. I would absolutely order from this site again.
I only took off one star because I kept getting emails saying "UPS Update: Package Delivery Date Rescheduled." I still received my package in the expected time frame. There just seemed to be something off in the coordination between UPS which made it a bit confusing and no one wants excessive pointless emails.
Overall I'm extremely happy with my decision and the urn. Thank you!
