A Calla Lily Urn for Lauren
The Calla Lily urn for my daughter, Lauren, was absolutely gorgeous. Calla Lilies were her favorite flower. I had looked for many months for her urn. The moment I saw this one, I knew it was meant for her. When it arrived (after just two days!) it was totally beyond my expectations! So beautiful I cried. Thank you for providing such an excellent product & truly caring about your customers. You made a difficult choice much easier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone faced with choosing an urn for a loved one.

Arrived in time. Rush shipping did, in fact, arrive within the 3 days promised even from overseas. The urn was well wrapped and protected. Arrived damage free. Beautiful urn and would make my lovely wife proud. One day, this urn will bring happy and loving thoughts to overtake my immense sadness.

We had already made an incredibly hard…
We had already made an incredibly hard decision to put our kitty down, and then another hard decision picking out an urn for his ashes. After looking for what felt like forever, we decided on an urn from Pulvis. We ordered it and it shipped out quickly. It arrived within a few days. However, this is where the positives end. The urn was missing both of the plugs, rendering a fill from bottom urn useless. I had to email twice before I got a reply. After confirming with the customer service rep that both of the plugs were missing, I never heard anything from them. No apology, no confirmation that it was being resolved, no further communication. I then received a shipping notification. While they did send the plugs, better communication, and an actually complete order the first time would have been nice. Selecting an urn, whether for a person or pet is hard enough, let alone when the order comes missing parts.
I would hope that there is more care given when packing an order in the future.

Beautiful, but one suggestion
I love that the urn does not look like an urn. It is a really pretty piece. However I think the bottom seal should be made differently. If a person decides to spread some of the ashes later you cannot open it again. Or add a favorite pet's ashes, you cannot do it.
