After two years of paying my monthly premiums on time and submitting no claims, Pumpkin decided to more than double my premiums. As such, I dropped them. Do not support this company; they are in it for the money.

Great insurance. Signed up. Went in for wellness exam and got reimbursement very quickly. Would highly recommend.

We adopted a pair of bonded female cats ages 5 & 6. We were pleased our first wellness visits were covered and promptly paid. We always regretted not having insurance for our previous pets.

I submitted my first claim. I called to make sure I was doing everything properly and basically all I needed to do was submit the claim with a copy of the vet bill, and Pumpkin reached out to the vet, and I got the payment about 2 weeks later deposited directly into my checking account! Very easy process!

So far Pumpkin is working excellent for us. I wasn’t sure how reimbursement worked and seemed to take awhile but once I reached out it was reimbursed right away. It did take a little longer than what it says on the website but still reasonable!

My claim was processed immediately and I was reimbursed by the 3rd day after. They are quit efficient for handling claims.

Unfortunately, my Newfoundland puppy was diagnosed with severe elbow dysplasia and hip dysplasia. He has been to Cornell too many times in his first year of life. I am so happy I went with Pumpkin insurance and opted for the 90 percent coverage. They are fast, efficient as well as good animal people. Highly recommend!

I’ve had this insurance for three years and never needed to use it. A few weeks ago, one of my dogs had an emergency, and filing a claim was quick and effortless. I’ll definitely be staying with them.

It was an easy experience to set everything up. I wish you would leave messages when you call, or just text me, though. You keep calling during my work hours and I can't answer the phone.
