Ramon recently attended and replaced a unit that was inferior, badly fitted and hadn't worked since I moved into the premises. He service was excellent in all respects, polite, informative, experienced and communicative. I have no hesitation

Ryan, the engineer, has attended our property a few times. He is professional, courteous, and very customer centric. Quick to diagnose issues and straightforward with recommendations. A trusted trader if ever I met one.

Phoned to give arrival time as agreed, Matt a very pleasant man, clean worker and explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed, done the repair quickly and left utility room tidy as he found it.

Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend Mark Harris - his work was exemplary, would definitely recommend his services.

My downstairs saniflow died 3 days before a disabled relative was due to visit. Pumpmaster told me the earliest date they could perform a repair was the following Monday, however they rearranged schedules and made sure a repair engineer could be with me the next day. Their engineer, Mark Harris was expert, professional and went above and beyond in fitting, adapting and resolving all issues, he also took the time to explain each part of the replacement and the reasons for it. A positive experience from Pumpmaster and especially their engineer Mark Harris.

All staff spoken to in the office were really helpful and did exactly what they said they would do. Result: early morning visit next day from most pleasant and efficient engineer Ramon. Old Saniflo replaced within an hour and all working smoothly. Great to receive such efficient help and service when faced with a sudden serious problem! Totally satisfied - so reassuring to know such a reliable company is out there in case of emergencies.

Saniflo problem and there are few things worse than dysfunctional toilets! I contacted Pumpmaster mid afternoon and had an engineer arrive at 9.30 am next morning. He not only diagnosed and sorted the problem, but did so with astonishing speed and efficiency, adding useful advice about better maintenance and ways I could achieve this, all in a cheerful and engaging manner. Thank you so much!

Super service, Ryan came within an hour of me phoning PumpMaster. My faulty (old) unit was replaced in less than two hours. All in all a super service from PumpMaster and Ryan the engineer.
