This is pathetic
So i tried to order a PSN gift card on punktid.ee. Paysera gave out an error message. It was kindly asked to turn to punktid in order for this issue to be resolved. I sent a detalied message of the error code to them. They were not able to understand it so for some reason they asked for a screenshot. So i sent them a screenshot. In between i had questions that they ignored. Then another lad was stupid enough to ask for an order number that didnt exist because the order nr is created on the last stage of ordering stage. Then in a day or a two after ive asked them what on earth is happening they said they would transfer it to Paysera. 4 days have passed they ignored my last two messages so i called paysera. Paysera said that they dont know anything about it. They are answering only at certain hours during workday ( 13 to 14 then 16 to 17 or something like that ). Now almost 1,5 week has passed. Their CS is incompetent, very poorly informed, lazy and dont really care about what is happening if you run in to an issue. Probably their cs manager doesnt understand that competency comes from product knowledge and processes that are connected to it. She or He probably thinks that its all about being nice. I ve came across enough of that kind of gifted cs managers in the past when i worked in cs I have a feeling that is based on their work hours that they decided to outsource a cs department which was a F******** stupid idea however in previous times i had a similar issue. Very similar behaviour. This is an example of a truly awful cs

We’d like to clarify a few points:
We are a mediator platform, which means that while we provide digital products, the payments themselves are handled through external partners like Paysera. When a payment error occurs on Paysera’s end, we unfortunately don’t have access to their internal systems and are limited to forwarding the issue to them, exactly as we did in your case. As of now, we are still waiting for Paysera’s response.
Regarding the order number: contrary to what you mentioned, an order number is created at the Cart stage, before payment. That’s how our customer support was able to ask for it in order to investigate the issue. Our agent correctly followed internal procedures based on how the system works.
We also requested a screenshot of the error, as visual confirmation often helps us and our partners understand the issue more quickly.
We truly regret the delays and the lack of update from Paysera, but we do take all issues seriously and try to help even when the problem lies outside of our control.

Wanted to buy a gift card. Paid for it, but I didn’t receive any. More than 24 hours since my order and nothing. Customer service doesn’t respond. And unfortunately it’s not the first time. But this is the longest waiting time. When I understood that i will not receive anything, i’ve asked to return my money, but also with that I didn’t receive any response.

I like that it is very convinient to by from home. Buying PSN codes is easy. The only small negative side is that the delivery of codes is not instant but that is understandable. The plus side is that there are discounts to cards.
