Very bad customer service !

Pure bites (Pure Treats in Canada)) brought Primal Pet Foods in 2/26 , I brought online in 1/26 of 7 bags of primal freeze dried cat nuggets food and never received the order, I contacted in 1/26 the old company CEO and in 4/26 the new company CEO and Vice Pres . many times and no reply back , even called the company too no reply back.I disputed the charge with my credit card and primal sent them paperwork it was delivered and a photo of a box on my porch , But! This box had no Fedex label/tracking # or primal name/address or my name/address on the box it was blank on the outside , my credit card turned me down for any credit of $350.47 ,I spoke to 3 different Fedex managers about this and I was told I cant file a claim because I'm not the sender or have no account with them and was told its a FedEx law that every fedex driver must take a photo of every delivery and that photo must show the FedEx label/tracking number and the sender name/address and the customers name/address ,also I made a complaint with the BBB of Calif and they sent 3 times a request to primal about it and no reply back and primal has an "F" Rating with BBB of Calif. Now I'm stuck for the $350.47 to pay it !
