Very straightforward joining process. Gym is clean and equipment decent. Aircon has been a life saver this summer as well!

Love going to a PureGym. I have the multi town access and this way I am assured that I can put a workout in no matter where I am in the country.
However , I always try to avoid peak times ( I know it’s hard for some people ) mainly to ensure I have cleaner and available equipment.

Good price, can be really busy for the gym. Classes seem mostly easy to get into

I have been a member of PureGym for several years mainly going to the classes as I wasn't confident using the equipment.
I never wanted to train with a PT until this year. My friend & I decided that we should put our money where our mouth is & stop with the lip service. We chose Margarita for various reasons - she is similar in our age, 50's, she isn't a typical social media flaunt, qualified in the area's that our body needs at our age & after talking with her there was no BS - hard work & commitment was what was needed from us to reach our goal of getting fitter & stronger.
We signed up for 8 weeks with the determination of going on our own after the 8 weeks. We finished our 8 weeks this morning & have made a commitment to train with Margarite once a week going forward...
I never thought I would say I LOVE going to the gym but training with Margarita has changed that - I genuinely love going to the gym, working out & seeing the results at our weigh/measure days.
I now work out in area's of the gym that I used to feel intimidated in because I know how to use the equipment - my confidence has grown massively !!
The knowledge Margarita has shared is invaluable, her commitment is second to none. I cannot speak highly enough about her. Thank you so much @margarita.toshkesi

Amazing gym great community v friendly made friends of all ages incredible
Class schedule above beyond any other gym with v experienced coaches and manager jamie goes all out covering classes when he needs to listening to member requests and bringing in new equipment. Shout out to george best spin and pump jamie strike/box but all coaches amazing. We have an amazing atmosphere/community spirit

Better off not spending your money at these commercial gyms , start your own gyms , it's actually cheaper in the long run and create your own safe spaces . These commercial gyms do not care about you .

It's the first gym I have enjoyed and been consistent with for years. Great atmosphere! I feel comfortable there and love the ladies workout area.

Not intimidating & seeing how many are there before going stops me being anxious walking into a busy gym.

They don’t protect you when you want to film your own videos and other members hurl verbal abuse, they just blame you, shocking company would not suggest until they sort it out

Excellent customer service. I took advantage of an offer from Vitality to join PureGym, and between the two companies, something went wrong with the discount. PureGym sorted it out, refunded the difference and the joining fee that I was incorrectly charged.

My local PureGym (Bridgend) is always clean and there is a friendly atmosphere from both the staff and other gym goers.

I’ve been going to PureGym now for longer than I have any other gym, which I think speaks volumes.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Good timetables with variety of different classes.

I’ve just attended Zee’s 0830 class today at PureGym London Brentford. Zee is really engaging and keep us all focused. High energy and fantastic personality which gets the best out of us. I’ve attended many of Zee’s classes since I joined in March and it’s really helped me focus on keeping fit. Well done

Female cleaning attendant in male changing room for 1h in Saturday at 8.30.. In the morning can't even change imagine male cleaners will do it in female changing room unfortunately I do not feel safe here

Terribly unprofessional service – stealing paid access!
​Absolutely appalling customer service and complete lack of professionalism.
​I paid for a full month of membership, but after I accidentally cancelled only a higher-tier upgrade, they completely wiped out my access to the gym. I’ve only been able to use a few days of the month I fully paid for!
​To make matters worse, I’ve emailed their support multiple times and received zero response. Total ignorance and disrespect toward paying customers. They take your money and deny you entry without any resolution.
​Avoid this gym at all costs unless you want your money taken for nothing!

At the beginning of the week the assistant manger of Puregym Croydon decided it would be a good idea to try to intimidate me in the middle of my workout session. Cannot recommend this gym if you value being safe, feeling comfortable and getting your workout in without hassle from power tripping management. He approaches to ask how many sets I have left, I told him I had one more set left. I then had my water bottle kicked over by him, was threatened by him not to anger him and was also threatened with my membership cancellation. I had been coming to Puregym for over a year and this same manager harassed me multiple times before while no other staff members did. The only reason I did not give this review a 1 star is because the support team I’ve contacted have already refunded my money and has informed me that they will investigate this serious situation. That is a plus. Also have to admit that all other staff members at Puregym Croydon have been nice and always friendly and they’ve added some new equipment recently as well as the recent layout changes. Those are good and I hope things continue to improve. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the gym for the whole week due to this managers abuse so no. Cannot recommend Puregym Croydon as they apparently hire managers that will use their position for harassment and abuse. Use your money wisely and check out any other gym than this one.
