It's a ok gym but there never seems to…
It's a ok gym but there never seems to be enough staff or if any, I want to go to the induction but can't do the times stated, it would takes 5,mins to do, also just one level abit squeezed in on peak times, also have had trouble getting in as had to scan a few times to get in &out, once there I've thought working out there was ok, went there yesterday didn't feel a good vibe at all not friendly, felt uncomfortable, gonna give it a week then if it hasn't improved I'm paying more for another gym as leisure centre seems more helpful with staff always friendly,

It’s ok, I can’t complain for the price
It’s ok, I’ve been using it for 18 months and all good apart from the toilets/changing rooms are a bit grim. That’s a shame because the actual gym and machines are good and good for the money. I will continue to use in the future.

Purgym personal trainer
I have recently had sessions with Hayley a personal trainer at the gym , and she was amazing really loves the work she does and listens to what you want to get out of the experience and tailors your plan to all your needs. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a personal trainer, not only is she professional she is a great person.

Cancelling of classes
Arrived for a class this morning and no one showed up to take it. Classes are cancelled at short notice and not always notified by email. If we miss a class we get a mark against our name but if no one shows up or a class is cancelled there is accountability by the gym
