I’ve just attended Zee’s 0830 class today at PureGym London Brentford. Zee is really engaging and keep us all focused. High energy and fantastic personality which gets the best out of us. I’ve attended many of Zee’s classes since I joined in March and it’s really helped me focus on keeping fit. Well done

Female cleaning attendant in male changing room for 1h in Saturday at 8.30.. In the morning can't even change imagine male cleaners will do it in female changing room unfortunately I do not feel safe here

Terribly unprofessional service – stealing paid access!
​Absolutely appalling customer service and complete lack of professionalism.
​I paid for a full month of membership, but after I accidentally cancelled only a higher-tier upgrade, they completely wiped out my access to the gym. I’ve only been able to use a few days of the month I fully paid for!
​To make matters worse, I’ve emailed their support multiple times and received zero response. Total ignorance and disrespect toward paying customers. They take your money and deny you entry without any resolution.
​Avoid this gym at all costs unless you want your money taken for nothing!

At the beginning of the week the assistant manger of Puregym Croydon decided it would be a good idea to try to intimidate me in the middle of my workout session. Cannot recommend this gym if you value being safe, feeling comfortable and getting your workout in without hassle from power tripping management. He approaches to ask how many sets I have left, I told him I had one more set left. I then had my water bottle kicked over by him, was threatened by him not to anger him and was also threatened with my membership cancellation. I had been coming to Puregym for over a year and this same manager harassed me multiple times before while no other staff members did. The only reason I did not give this review a 1 star is because the support team I’ve contacted have already refunded my money and has informed me that they will investigate this serious situation. That is a plus. Also have to admit that all other staff members at Puregym Croydon have been nice and always friendly and they’ve added some new equipment recently as well as the recent layout changes. Those are good and I hope things continue to improve. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the gym for the whole week due to this managers abuse so no. Cannot recommend Puregym Croydon as they apparently hire managers that will use their position for harassment and abuse. Use your money wisely and check out any other gym than this one.

Recently joined pure gym in Witney. Staff are welcoming and always available - shout out to the team for making me feel welcome.

He took the time to understand my goals and created workouts that are both challenging and achievable. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, fitness, and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and dedicated personal trainer, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Classes are awesome the staff are friendly and approachable. Gym is clean and tidy

The Gym looks good, fitted out with new equipment and showers and changing areas immaculate. I left Better Gym because kids kept wrecking the shower doors

Spacious, clean, lots of machinery available, friendly and helpful stuff.

Even though its sometimes busy you can still focus on what you want to do either cardio or weight training, but everyone is focussed and determined to achieve their goals.

Bishop Auckland PureGym was the first gym I have joined where I felt part of a little community in the gym and confident to try a range of classes. From my initial Learn to Lift with Jackson welcoming me to the gym and showing me around the floor, to trying all sorts of classes where each trainer brings a different vibe and style! High energy with Natalie (I love Step now!) & Neil. Steven and Amy's style is focused on strength. Circuits with Jackson is always fun and a full body workout. Not forgetting the external Dance Class with Kerstie that perks up my week! Big thanks to all the team at Bishop Auckland Pure Gym!

I had my locker broke while I was trining at West Bromwich Pure Gym. Even though the incident was reported to police, the complaints procedure was made impossible for me to reach somewone from the main office. I hold responsible the gym for knowing that the lockers are faulty and not secure. The staff and management were aware of the issue however Pure Gym do not want to take any responsibility.

Quiet, great equipment, friendly staff and users

I love puregym! It is so friendly and welcoming, for all ages and abilities. The staff are good and there are plenty of PTs. I have been working with Hedson who is amazing. He has been so supportive, patient and informative. With his help I have achieved more than I thought possible and corrected numerous techniques.
The flexibility of the gym is great, easy to access at all times.
I would definitely recommend puregym. :)
