I have made several purchases over the past couple of years, all online and all as gifts which have been very well received. The website is quite comprehensive as regards choice, and located everything that I wanted. I found the pricing competitive when compared to other places, the quality is great and so beautifully presented. I have had the odd occasion when I have been in a rush for a piece and found communication to be promptly responded to and very accommodating . I cant fault the service I have had.

Purely Diamonds were recommended by a friend, and I'm glad they were. Prices were fair, delivery was prompt, and the ring was exactly as described (and she said yes).

I did shop around a little, but found the simple options provided by Purely to be hard to beat - it's very clear and modifiable - you can select the exact metal, diamond size, and diamond clarity.

I spotted a gorgeous ring on the Purely Diamonds site which I felt my wife would like, to replace a ring she had had stolen. The site presented many different options such as the ring style, the gold style, natural vs lab grown stones and, of course, the stone quality and size. After spending some time choosing the options I ordered and was delighted to receive the ring a few days later. My wife's reaction was lovely. Purely Diamonds' service was a delight.

I bought my wife some diamond ear rings as a surprise on our wedding day and she absolutely loves them and has barely taken them out since. My husband wanted to gift me with an Eternity Ring for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
We looked locally and they didn't have what I wanted, but offered to make it, however the prices quoted made me gasp and say no.
About a month and a half from the date, he was determined I was to have one, so I was looking online. I found exactly what I dreamed of at Purely Diamonds website.
After reading reviews, I showed my husband, he asked if it was exactly what I wanted (yes) and if I knew my ring size (yes - but if it didn't fit PD would adjust it), and he ordered it.
Service could not be faulted as the ring arrived well within the time frame given, about 2.5 weeks before our anniversary.

It was *gasp* worthy. One carat Princess cut diamonds channel set in a 4mm Platinum band tapering in the back for comfort. Exactly what I wanted.
A perfect fit. A good solid ring, with a lovely weight to it. The diamonds are gorgeous and the entire ring sparkles. One look told you it was quality. And for less than half of what we were quoted by local jewellers.
I am so thrilled with it.
Even though I am torn between wearing my engagement and wedding set, which I still love today as much as when it was designed, they are 'resting' and I proudly wear this gorgeous ring now.

I didn't deal with any staff one to one at Purely Diamonds, however I was kept informed of receipt of my order, when it was being made, then when it was shipped. To that end, Customer Service was very good.
