After being recommended Marc Pacifico by a trusted friend I went to see him about breast implant removal with no replacement implant.

My implants were 25 years old and I had been delaying surgery. Marc made me feel at ease, was clear and reassuring.

I can honestly say I am so happy with the result, beyond what I expected. Clare, who did the MLD is also lovely and reassuring, and the lady at reception is always friendly and professional.

I was very nervous before my initial consultation but needn’t have been - Marc put me at ease straight away. I’ve had plenty of nips & tucks over the years. This place is undoubtedly the best.

I previously had a very bad experience with a different clinic, so I needed to find an alternative clinic to correct the issues I was left with. I was obviously wary and worried having been so badly let down previously by a clinic that was allegedly good.

After a lot of research I found Marc Pacifico. I had an initial consultation and felt very reassured, he was kind and obviously extremely knowledgeable talking me through all the options and the likely results. I didn't feel at all pressured to go ahead with face/neck surgery infact quite the contrary, I had a number of appointments spaced quite a while apart which I assume was giving me time to have a good think about it.

I eventually went ahead with the surgery, again since then I’ve had a number of appointments with Marc to check on my progress and ensure I was happy with his work. Now almost one year on the result has completely settled and I'm really pleased with the result. I waited a year to review to be able to give an opinion on the final result.

I have also been seeing Dr. Roxy Belpassi who has put me on a fantastic skin care regime with products that actually work giving me smooth and glowing skin. She sees me regularly to ensure I'm happy and have no issues, which again is reassuring. I've recently added a little botox, she's obviously very skilled as I barely felt anything!

The combined results are really natural and people are always shocked when I tell them my age as there's no sign that I have had anything done.

I have never at any stage felt pressured by anyone, everyone takes the time to give me plenty of information so that I could make an informed decision for myself.

The entire team at Purity Bridge are always friendly, chatty and welcoming which makes the appointments a pleasant experience.

If anyone is looking for any skin treatments/procedures you won't go wrong using Purity Bridge. Highly recommended.

Dr Chris was very calm and explained clearly what was going to happen. It happened as he said it would. And I got to choose the music as the procedure was being done! That’s cool 😎. I was skipping the nhs queue for the procedure as I couldn’t wait 6-8 months. I wanted to skip the histology on economic grounds. Dr Chris said I must do it to check everything was gone. It’s as well it was done as he requested as they found it was a different skin cancer to the one identified originally. Can unreservedly recommend Dr Chris and his team

I am really pleased with the results of my surgery, I had a fairly complex case which was a huge worry for me but Mr Pacifico reassured me and made me feel at ease from the first consultation to the surgery day, he is really professional and highly skilled. I used purity bridge to reconstruct my ear lobes as I had stretched ears and finally, at the age of 29, wanted to be a real adult and get them stitched up.
From the first email to the surgery, to the aftercare and beyond they were friendly, professional and above all else, did a really good job of stitching me back together. Chris Macdonald has given me a new found confidence in myself with the skills he possesses. So thank you to Chris and to the whole team at Purity bridge.

As a long term, male sufferer from gynecomastia and enlarged nipples, having the option to finally speak to someone as experienced and approachable as Marc was simply life changing. We were able to discuss options, both mental and physical, to help manage the condition and eventually settled for a reduction surgery that was performed at the clinic in Tunbridge Wells.
The staff were helpful, friendly, and discrete which made the entire process reassuring and comfortable. The pre-surgery discussions were professional and open and the post-op care has been a wonderful, confident inspiring service during the healing.
I would whole heartedly recommend Marc and his team if you are a male who has suffered from a similar condition, it has changed my entire outlook on life and I am incredibly grateful to them for it.

I thought about the surgery I wanted for a full year before speaking to anyone about it, I wanted to make sure it was a decision I was making for the right reasons. I did my research on potential surgeons and arranged an initial consultation with Mr Macdonald towards the end of 2022.
One thing that really stood out for me, was that I never felt rushed or that any question was a silly question, I had a lot of queries and concerns I wanted to go through and they were always answered with great detail and thought. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and knew if any more questions popped into my head I could go back again to get answers. Leila, Mr Macdonald’s Secretary was also extremely friendly and helpful throughout every step of the process.

My procedure went ahead in January 2023 and I received the best possible care under Mr Macdonald and the team. I could not be happier with the results, even just four weeks on. It has improved my confidence and mood more than I could have hoped. I have had impeccable follow up care and would absolutely recommend Mr Macdonald to any of my friends or family and he would be my absolute number one choice if there was ever any other procedures I wanted to consider. I was nervous about making a decision with what surgeon to use as I knew no one with first hand experience to recommend me one.
I did as much research as I could. I wanted my (20yrs +) implants removed and an uplift.
On meeting Marc Pacifico, I felt understood and in safe hands. After my decision to go with him, I learnt that he was voted in as President of ‘The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons’

First of all I need to mention that for me having surgery wasn't about being vain, but more about correcting what wasn't making me happy anymore. I looked into having aesthetic surgery for a few years, I read reviews, testimonials, considered the financial aspect, I even completely changed my mind about it at some point.
To keep it short, I always had a slight difference in breast volume, breastfeeding 2 children had it's own impact on the appearance, and loosing weight as part of getting fitter for my own health and well-being , left me with a significantly "uneven" look.
To begin with, I attended webinars with the possibility of asking questions and I had 2 FREE telephone discussions with the surgeon before I booked a face to face appointment.
Mr Pacifico, or Marc like he likes to be called, understood what my wishes were from the beginning, and suggested a breast lift with a reshaping of the areola and the most appropriate type and size of implants ( in my case the implant size differs between the two breasts) to achieve the most natural and simetric outcome possible. And that is exactly what he did, we had two face to face appointments to agree on the best way forward and then the surgery was scheduled. The operation went very well, Marc is an artist first of all, who chose human flesh to create art with, and this is obvious with how he managed to achieve the best results with the least scarring. I won't hide the truth, the first days after surgery can be rough, but I am now 5 months post op and the scars are healing brilliantly, I am back to intense gym workouts and I never felt so happy with my own appearance. I am really pleased with the results and I am convinced that the procedure was worth it.

My daughter had a procedure that she had been considering for several years. She was extremely nervous about a general anaesthetic but Miss Nugent and her excellent team (in particular Julia, (Theatre Manager) were just amazing. Julia stayed with my daughter the entire time, both pre and post op and reassured her. Emma (Nurse) was also part of the team and was so caring. I cannot fault the team at any stage, they were all so professional and just lovely from start to finish. We travelled 3 hours by car to this clinic as it was the best I could find and it really didn’t disappoint. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
